Amazing video. Question: when doing most of the exercises, the strenght to move the leg should be using core + gluteus right? The leg almost just follows the movement?

Well, for the next video and stretch bands, I have a question or three.... I have a cable weight machine that will do the same thing as the stretch bands. I have wondered how to use them for training. Specifically, long sets with light weight/resistance, and/or short sets with more weight/resistance??? My exercycle and bicycle have gotten more use in the last 4 weeks than they have in the last 10 years... Been doing some hiking too, with lots of vertical, like 1 hour hike and 1800 ft. elevation change. Think I should get some cross country ski poles so I can also work on my pull... Thanks for the exercise videos.

Uuhm i would avoid doing the face up breaststroke becease in this you pull your knees up to the belly instead of having them on your butt (just look at the example in the water above its the complete opposite). When you practice that, in the water you create drag if you pull your knees to the belly.
None of the movements would be good in the water but with that movement you work your core which is very important in breaststroke. And you also work on the movement of your knees, which should not open as much as mine and instead you should open your ankles first and have them in dorsiflexion. There is a lot of the same movement you do in the water but obviously nothing is going to be the same as in the water.
