That's what Republic of South Vietnam would have likely been ranked among at least the top 10 had it not been invaded and occupied by the North Vietnamese Commie terrorists, aided by Commie Soviet and Commie China. Travelers to Vietnam in her current form (not at all like this before the Communists took over) should keep this in mind. Behind the beauty of the land and smiling faces at popular tourist destinations, there are a lot of darkness and sorrow, horror, and sufferings all over the country.
On a foggy day, the top of Ba Na hill is so romantic. Back to the town, the old European architecture is amazing. The golden bridge covered in clouds and dew is so magical!

I went to DaNang 3 times, "Cau Vang" was not there. The second time was very bad due to heavy rain. The third time was a bit better but was still very wet. My plan to visit the 4th time (March 2020) but Covid .... Hope in 6 months time I can go again (I normally to visit my relatives in VN every second year from 2010).
