5yrs from now vietnam will be another level! There a lot big project under construction and more huge project come! Remember vietnam one of the fastest growing economy, .
Thank you so much for sharing a new place Daiman. We've always gone to Bali because I'm scared to go anywhere different overseas. But after seeing your vlogs (my husband has always asked to go somewhere different, now we've seen Bali a few times) I'm actually thinking Vietnam might be our next holiday next year 2023. Thank you 🙏
You should totally do it! Vietnam is one of the safest countries to travel, you're probably safer there than in Paris or a big city in Italy. And unlike a lot of places like India, Italy, Middle East, you won't be groped, harassed, assaulted, raped, etc., for a being a woman. It's safe for solo women travelers. At worst, you'll get your iPhone stolen, but that's still better than Paris. LOL! Check out Sammy and Tommy (Sonny from The Best Ever Food Review Show even left a comment on their first impressions video....but their video is from 2 years ago and they had to learn to edit so they are just uploading them now), Charl & Christine are the cutest couple living in Vietnam and they showed some amazing places (check out their recent Ninh Binh videos), Counting Countries (just went to an abandoned theme park in Hue), Attila and Zae (showed some amazing stuff around Nha Trang), 2Passports 1Dream (check out their awesome capsule sleeper bus), One Pack Wanderers (Chev's dad just flew in out of the blue to ride bikes with them through Vietnam), Jordan and Emily, Suitcase Monkey (did one video from a year or two ago, but it's a great video), Tim and Fin (amazing one hour Ha Giang Loop video, but their other videos are awesome like the cave one), Karl Watson's Vietnam series from a couple of years ago, etc. Enjoy!
My wife and I really enjoyed our day there. The cable car ride was the best one we have ever been on. You had perfect weather, the bridge is awesome when the weather is good. We had a buffet lunch there and we liked the German town.
Hi! Damian great vid wonderful camera work. I knew a little about the Golden Bridge but I never knew it is so massive. Looking forward to tomorrow's video. ✔
What a great video , loved this park, very open and not over crowded and very orderly. A long cable ride……that amazing bridge just fabulous, I have to go there that’s for sure! Great music as well ✅. Glad you went there , looks like it is a whole day to spend there, I think you can actually stay there….it’s on my list
You should check out Charl & Christine's Ninh Binh videos...I bet it's even more spectacular there this time of the year. Check out Attila and Zae's videos of things around Nha Trang. Also check out Karl Watson's Vietnam series, I think the 2nd video he was in that area.
Many thx Damien, for such expert coverage of the Ba Na Hills. My experience on a visit there was overwhelming and I placed it as a top spot for a bucket list. Your comments were similar to my own at the time, getting lost etc and compounded by mid summer heat and lightning quick melted ice cream. Well done and good luck for the rest of your Vietnam journey.
Hello Damian totally magnificent video very helpful driver cable car views amazing. The bridge looks a very popular destination to see but the views stunning very enjoyable journey take care.
So many beautuful things to see. The golden bridge. Wow!! When u said cable car, I wasnt expecting such a big, high tech structure! Gorgeous views. The peacock garden!! The whole french, german, italian themes are interesting. Good for the tourists. Its hard to believe there was a war there ending in '75. Times have changed thank god 😊
Thanks Damian. Great video. Are you allowed drones on vietnam that would have been spectacular over the bridge. Can’t wait for the next one I’m amazed at vietnam
People fly them all the time all over Vietnam and don't seem to have any issues. However, not sure about Ba Na Hills specifically, they may frown on that so you'll have to ask around.
Thank you so much for showing this as others only show a small part of how huge this place it. I do think the Golden Bridge is amazing, but especially so when there's less people on it and a bit of fog/mist going on. Gives it a more romantic, mystical feel. I think the cable car ride and the bridge is worth the price as I heard in Europe, the shorter cable car ride alone costs so much more.
Cool bridge, the Vietnamese like theire cable cars there are alot in vietnam. You will get a good coffee at the Hoi An Roastery Espresso & Coffee House. 😎😎😎🙏🙏🙏
Great watching your video Damian because I have been there and so nice see this place again 🥰❤️ I was that time with Vietnam girlfriend and it was so romantic day, take care and have a nice trip to Hoi An 😁🙏🙏
As far as the French/European portion of it, that's geared more towards the Asian tourists as many will never get to see Europe. Also, I heard the French built something up there way back when so they just made it bigger. It's pretty cool, but I actually love the Buddha area so much more as I think that is awesome and I'd prefer to hang out there. I always love seeing dragons up the stairs like and it's gorgeous to me.
You didn`t check-out everything there . I think you have missed the Alpine Coaster , the Amusement Park , the Wax Museum and some other amazing spots . Before the Covid and the war in Ukraine , there was an European traditional dancing show , 3 or 4 times a day , performed by Ukrainian and African artists . The Asian tourists loved them and always tipped them generously . The Bana Hill cable car is actually not the longest one in VN . In Phu Quoc Island , there is another one much longer that goes over the sea ( almost 8 km long and takes about 27 minutes to reach the destination spot in Hon Thom Island ) . Over there , you would feel like you are in Italy . Like you said , those attractions sites ( Bana Hill , VinWonderland and SunWorld cable car in Phu Quoc island ) are more for Asian tourists ( Vietnamese , South Korean , Japanese , Chinese, Thai , Malaysian , Indonesian , Singaporean , etc...) than for Westerners . If you wanted to see more traditional Vietnamese sites , I recommend you to check-out Huê , Ninh Binh , Ha Long bay and Fansipan in Sapa ( there is also a cable car there ) in North Vietnam . Hope you are enjoying your trip in VN
Thank you, Damien! Next Time we go to Da Nang also for 2 Day's. 2017 we only landing in Da Nang. Nice to looking, i see in your buityful Vlog! Stay safe, Damien!

In a normal tourist season, eg August Ba Na Hill is packed. Getting passed people on the bridge is difficult and so many people taking selfies you just have to photo bomb them. Where you get on the cable cars hundreds of people are there to catch them. You are lucky to be there when it's quiet. Most Asians can't afford to travel to Europe so that's why this theme park was built,
