I was diagnosed after MRI with PCL Sprain with posterior horn of medial meniscus tear in august 20, during Covid . Took only meficine and physiotherapy. But now don't feel comfortable while walking

1) Complete tear of anterior cruciate ligament.
2) Longitudinal tear involving outer vascular fibres of body and posterior on of medical meniscus
3) Marrow edema/contusions involving posterior tibial plateau and lateral femoral condyle
