Sir, One week before i have undergone ACL reconstruction and Bucket handle tear on medial meniscus surgery. Surgen said there was a big tear in meniscus. But still suggested 30° knee bending for day 1 by sliding heel slowly. Is that a problem???? And can i sleep sideways in night wearing brace ???

Sir i had acl reconstruction surgery using all inside fiber technique.....nd there was bucket handle meniscus tear they said it's repaired....nd guides me to do all the exercises like normal ACL surgery........is it possible?

@@drnsrivastava then sir how I can confirm it.... it's already 6 months I have no major issues...i had achieved full knee extension.....full range of motion... within 1.5 months....but some time i feel pain nd having fear that my meniscus health is not good.... because some sound is coming from knee nd sometimes there's slightly pain

And after 2 weeks with stick full weight bearing k sath chalne ko bol diya he and walking too ! Is there any problem? Sir kindly please reply

I had an acl partial injury of right knee 7 years ago.... & recently got full tear with meniscus tear and underwent surgery in hyderabad 20 days ago... It's been few months my another knee (left knee) also feels pain & warmth is it OK...???
I also have same situation but still i am not gone through surgery . Now you are perfectly fine after surgery please advice.
