Recurrent shoulder dislocation is a serious problem.
1.Bankart/Labrum Tear is detachment of soft tissue labrum from Shoulder glenoid bone. Because of this shoulder ball can not get any support from front side and so it come out.
2.SLAP Tear
3.ALPSA Tear
4. Hill Sach lesion is fracture in Humeral head. Its like a dent on the humeral head.It is caused by multiple dislocation. As more and more dislocation occurs than Hillsach size increases.
5 GLAD lesion
Do not delay treatment of Shoulder problems.
Latarjet is also a good procedure but it is needed in selected cases.

Sir I have being asking small query from past days . But not getting reply.
After surgery will it dislocate again
Note: Expect Accident and falls.
Please let all people know .
Going for surgery is not the problem but after post operation like 10 to 15 years will it dislocate again .
Everyone say all anatomy of whole body but as a patient results is necessary but none of doctors are replying for this.
Is there lack of resources?

the chances of dislocation if you dont get surgery is 98 percent. chances of dislocation with arthroscopic repair is 2 percent.
so there is a huge improvement for the patient. we do a lot of these cases and are quite confident of our results. This surgery is a very very successful orthopedic surgery .

Sir, I would love to hear from you. I have seen a few doctors for my recurrent shoulder dislocation. A doctor said that if you put Leco Plaster / Echo Plaster (I can't say the name correctly) for a month and eat certain foods, the joint membrane will stick together. Is this information correct? Can we avoid surgery if we had shoulder dislocation for 1st time and only try to do physiotherapy post immobilising shoulder for 6 weeks.
I had shoulder dislocation injury on 10th January 2023 so orthopedic surgery had treated me by giving close reduction in OT and then put arm chest strapping to immobilize the shoulde. on 6 weeks strappingsling was removed... now 8 weeks is completed and since last 15 days I am doing physiotherapy excercise.
So my concern is since it was 1st dislocation can I avoid surgery?
