Yes, I love the Barndominiums. The open concept is beautiful and very stylish. The light fixtures are called Wall Sconces. How much for this Barndominium?

The barndo is very nice! The concept on the East Coast hasn't reached mass acknowledgment and acceptance. Final price appears a little steep. However, we do not the cost of the acreage.
@@RealAtlantaLiving excellent for someone single with a family eventually especially a growing family it will definitely have to be add-ons. This property is an upgrade from tiny-home living which is perfect.
I agree, the upstairs has the most wasted space. For it to be a Barndo, No garage, or workshop space. I would never have the master closet connect to the wash room, that should be closed off. You can access the Master closet, bed and bathroom right from outside.
Do you know the builders info that built this home? I’m looking to purchase land and build a barndo on it. I like that concept just would change the exterior color.
Thanks for coming through and supporting SlotBae! Honestly, I think that Texas has the leg up on Barndominiums right now. I stayed in Houston for a little bit and have even considered going back.
What’s wrong with the floors in the beginning of the video? They look like they’re dry spots and wet spots. Is that humidity or condensation? I don’t know. Looks like the floor has to be redone. Is it the camera lighting? I would hate to purchase a house for 440k and the floor is done wrong. But the house in general looks nice.
The baseboards look rough. The textured walls are odd. Not sure why there are wood counters in the kitchen. For the asking price there should be natural stone and other amenities. It is a decent property, but the work looks rushed and different considerations have been left out.
this looked like an after thought apartment. the great room was WAY off center ( who thought is was a great idea to put the tv in front of the stairs) the apartment kitchen, no uppers and the Home Depot discounted hood and small stove. this is the 1st barndo I've seen that I thought to myself "half a$z and didn't know what they were doing" its like they through a polish on it and said someone will buy it cause people are dumb". that entry kitchen and great room is upsetting

Plz tell me 300k of that price is for the land because that's the best part about this property. The barndominium is nice but nearly half a million for a dirt road, no garage, and relatively a small living space in the middle of nowhere. That "backyard" space should've been turned into a outdoor kitchen/entertainment area.

Hi Kim. You're right, you can build one on your your own for $150 to $175. Once you you get the land and hire a builder to build, plus appreciation - the price gets higher. Have you been thinking of building one?
