This is small i couldn't fit any of my furniture in the bedrooms if I sold and moved. This would be ok for a starter home but a family would struggle with this space. I want to move into a none HOA home with acreage to garden more but it gotta be the right district. Thanks GA born and raised 😊

The barndo is very nice! The concept on the East Coast hasn't reached mass acknowledgment and acceptance. Final price appears a little steep. However, we do not the cost of the acreage.
Yes - it’s sitting on quite a bit of land. Enough to build two more properties easily. Texas as been crushing it but the east coast is o the way up 😊

$439K? with these high interest rates crazy. $320K - $350K at most for this jouse.
Remember - the current interest rate doesn’t change the value of the house. Based on rates, now is still always the best time to buy.

I would! In fact I am currently researching just that. Thanks for the content. I am 2 hrs south of Atlanta- just about to purchase a couple of acres- putting a barndo on the land- to live in. Very excited! Waiting on the housing market to drop- it will-wait for it.
Yes, I love the Barndominiums. The open concept is beautiful and very stylish. The light fixtures are called Wall Sconces. How much for this Barndominium?
