Its a centrifugal clutch ,,,and i hadn't applied grease on clutch ,,,i applied Grease on rollers to reduce khat khat noise ,,which is very irritating,,, 3300 kms done after that everything is ok ,,nothing happened ,,its up to u ,,if u want u can ,,every theoretical things doesn't satisfy some one everytime ,,.... I am not telling u are wrong ,,bt while deacceleration a khat khat noise comes which is very irritating...my intention is to provide some stickiness to the rollers.,,not to lube it thats why i use it in very less amt So, do not cmnt here like , wtf why are u using grease ,,,, for me its working fine ,, I dont want your theoretical opinion,,, i already know better..many mechanic uses this technique and that's work fine .. so i have done this as experiment and for me its fine ,,i too had doubt like what if it spill off ,,,belt will slip bla bla ,,, nothing happened ....

As i say nothing will happen,, its not a normal grease which heat easily and changes its viscosity ,and fell off , i used it in less amt its too sticky, reduces the rollers ,,khat khat noise while deacceleration.. u can use joint grease. I rode it 3000kms and its fine .

Airfilter , fuel pump ya injector ka problem ho sakta h ,,jaisa bata rahe h waise me lag ye raha h ki yaa to fuel supply or air intake sahi nai h ol... To throttle body ko saaf kara ke dekhiye ,,agar carburettor varient h to carburettor ko saaf karaiye or tune karaiye .
What ! Flowback in engine, from where. Air intake was closed with clothes, so don't worry .nothing happened.there were more dust in that area before cleaning ,,so i blew it off. Blower doesn't through that amt of dust which stick to that area... your perception was ok bt not right..and isn't practical. I have blowed that area again before fixing variator and clutch .... So after you seeing some negative cmnt ,you decided to do further same ,,but think first ,what you have told is really practical ,, if i cant use blower then what . Leave it uncleaned ? I do not have compressed air any ways nothing is dust free...even air intake ,,,only matters is what amt and what size of dust particle it is ....
I changes my airfilter in every 6000kms ,, company recommendation is 12k kms ,,i do that to avoid chocking of throttle body sensors quickly ,no matter which bike i ride ,,because i ride at peak performance most of the times ,, so it sucks more dust . And i feel power drop due to air intake .So, i do as it practically tested , needed .not always companies r&d will satisfy me , if u dont want to do its up to u ,. I am using iridium sparkplug company doesn't recommend this ,i am using ,5w40 synthetic oil with liquimoli (mos2) . company doesn't recommend it . But all the things i do is practically tested and works fine for me ..
The same spark plug is not available now .I have searched online ,,,you can use instead CPR7EAIX-9 HEAT RANGE IS SAME . But my suggestion is to stick with stock one ,, u will not feel any difference in real ,,,it only gives u mental satisfaction that i am using something different nothing else

It's a dry clutch system,they don't need grease on the veriator rollers
