There is a switch in the clutch side ,replace it. Just in case if you aren't finding the spare ,,just cut the wire of the switch ,then tie the both ends . It will get bypassed. Just remember ,press self button after pressing the clutch.

First tight the screw to its end. Mark a point on the screw then open the screw 3 full rounds 360° anticlockwise. And Check the rpm . ,,,never ever touch this again. If u again face the problem then check the sparkplug and air filter.

Honestly speaking,, not that much of difference in shifting experience 1 gear to 2 gear shifting is still hard .but this shifter, some how makes you feel better and different.

Bhai abhi ke new bs6 me air ideal screw nai aata hai ,shayad ,,agar hai to 2.5 turns ke baad rpm dekh ke 0.25 turns clockwise ya anticlockwise ghuma dena ...but is screw ko kuch karne ki jaroorat nai hai jabtak ki kisi ne pahle ise nai chua ho.

Nai koi dikkat nai hai ,,,grade sahi hai ,,or yehi recommended bhi hai ..

Mineral oil me 10w50 grade nai mila isi liye 15w50 use kiya hai maine ,,,or bike mast chal rahi hai ,,smooth bhi ,,bas oil capacity se compromise mat karna kabhi .

Battery change karne se

Bearing dont make noise but disk plate does (like ghas ghas) btw its normal only check the alignment that should be ok ,,,does it have any play or not ,if not then its ok nothing to worry ...if you have still any doubt ,,then remove the brake pads then check the noise ,, if noise doesn't occours then bearing is ok

What ! Flowback in engine, from where. Air intake was closed with clothes, so don't worry .nothing happened.there were more dust in that area before cleaning ,,so i blew it off. Blower doesn't through that amt of dust which stick to that area... your perception was ok bt not right..and isn't practical. I have blowed that area again before fixing variator and clutch .... So after you seeing some negative cmnt ,you decided to do further same ,,but think first ,what you have told is really practical ,, if i cant use blower then what . Leave it uncleaned ? I do not have compressed air any ways nothing is dust free...even air intake ,,,only matters is what amt and what size of dust particle it is ....

Gasket is working fine as it is just on its original position, when seat goes down it compress the rubber gasket.

Kuch din ruko ,,,shuru shuru me belt slip karta hai halka halka ,,,100 150 kms ke baad khud thik ho jayega ,,abhi low speeds pe shayad vibrate bhe jada kar rahi hogi ,,lag raha hoga accelerator lene pe ki ,aawaj jada kar rahi bt ekdam se bhag nai rahi ,,ye common hai kuch din me jab sab dry ho jayega khud thik ho jayega ,,or agar nai ,hua to fir kuch or prob hoga ,, bs6 hai ya bs4?

Ho sakta hai , lekin ,,ye brakepad ke acche quality ke na hone se jada hota hai ,,,or rear brake jisme ABS HO wo ase bhi utni acchi bite offer nai karte ... agar pump ya fluid ka issue hua to brake bilkul bhi lagega hi nai ... 390 ka rear brake bas ek supporting brake hai jada braking power nai milega ,,or agar jor se dabaoge to abs wapas fek deta hai leg 🦵 ko.

Tank me jo fuel indicator ka coupler hota hai wo check karo ,,,wo loose hoga ya sensor kharab hoga ,,,or nai to fir speedometer ka coupler check karo.

That's bs6 stage 2 e20 model ,,,go to service centre update ecu ,,check sparkplug and cap ,,or( airfilter intake area ,,, it may block due to something at the speed of 80 ) airfilter ka intake jahan pe hota h wo area check karo ki uske hole ke aas pas kuch hai to nai jise wo khich leta hoga high speed pe to hole band ho jata hoga .

Aur kal mai 80 chla raha tha 2/3 bar tab sai engine light aarhi hai

Yes ,,its not a problem,, high octane fuel can minimise this but not totally,,in lower rpm.

Sare bs6 me same hi hai mera ye ntorq xt hai ye bhi e20 hai ,,,e20 se lena dena nai h hai ,,,wo bas petrol type h jo future me aayega uske liye compatible hai ,,,2.5 turns se 3turns ke beech me hona chahiye

I do not know how much it is broken ? ,,but if only head is borken then First heat a (- head screw driver 🪛) then make a grouve and remove the 🪛 until plastic part of air screw becomes rigid ,,then try to open it and replace it ...

Petrol ,, for cleaning and dissolving of dust and dirt.. as, it is volatile in nature it will evaporate easily.. DO NOT SPRAY ON RUBBER PARTS .

Precisely set nai hoga ,,aap carburator me kar sakte hain kai baar kaam kar jata hai bt uske liye tachometer chahiye hota hai ,,nai to usko jaise hai waise hi chor dijiye .....bt agar aap experienced hai to kar sakte hain .
