It's a very fine, almost powdered sugar, commonly used in cakes and biscuits in Australia

Castor sugar is not powdered suger it is just finer than granulated sugar? You. Could do this in a food processor for a few seconds
I always thought caster was regular white sugar, that’s what I’m going to use, it should be fine!
