This is a very good point. it defiently depends on where you keep the truck. if it is in a garage, then you should be ok. I have personal experiance with vinyl cracking on my 2005 mustang with the racing stripes. it was outside for 4 years in the south florida sun while i was in college. it cracked and faded really bad.
The only problem with playing the radio is that if I play copyrighted music then they could take down my video. And I dont think playing talk radio would demonstrate the sound system very well.
I have one - the B&O sound system sounds really good. Its well balanced at all volume levels. You arent going to be shaking the mirror in the car next to you, but inside the truck there is plenty of bass, but again well balanced with the mids and treble.
Southern engineering, glad you like your truck. I've heard about excessive oil consumption on the 5.0L. Did you have that issue when you bought it? Any other issues?
@@GReviewz I have 81K on the clock, and have had Zero drivability, or oil problems. I've had both of the power-fold mirrors replaced under warranty, the auto-retract steering column had a vibration problem when it would retract, and the vista-roof track broke, again all warranty issues. Pet peeves; The voice input for my sync system is about worthless, and the whole system is a bit sluggish in response, and why does Ford think I should pay $125 to have my maps updated on a $55K truck. Wish list; the interior mirror should auto-reposition like the other components when the memory key is detected. Would I purchase another one? Absolutely. I plan to replace it when the next-gen F-150 comes out in 21 or 22... I hope the Bronco is all that I expect from Ford, I plan to replace my wife's Jeep commander with it, so my wife will stop driving my truck. F.Y.I. As you know I cant test long term reliability, so I rely on my viewers for that info. that is great information because I hear such mixed information regarding reliability. Yeah ford is definitely a little behind ram in terms of interior "quality" and materials, but overall the f150 is a great,comfortable, and familiar place to be. I will at some point grab one. I am just not in a place to take on a $500+ per month truck payment. I will check out your channel!
It really is an opinion more than anything. The powertrains are the same as the new ones except for the power boost which I feel will not be purchased that much because of the large price increase. Yes there are some interior tweaks to styling, but on a whole the trucks are the same in terms of the chassis, cab configurations, and towing they will all be very similar. If you get a 2020 once the 21's are on the lot, you're sure to get a great deal!
How do you watch this and not know the price? In the first 60 something seconds its mentioned and again after 18 minutes it's flashed in bold numbers. Smh!
@@GReviewz I bought a brand new 2011 ram 1500, still own it with 80k on it already. I like it but the rust starting to show on the bed, rear bumper and rear passenger door. Actually considering the Ford F150 since it's all aluminum.
Yes, trucks are certainly getting expensive, but the 56k isnt only for the stripes. The lariat package pretty comes with everything you can order on an f150. The platinum is certainly a little nicer and so is the limited, but the lariat is packed for the price.
This is my favorite ford edition they make you don’t see a lot of them out there!
I have a black 2020 >30k miles I’ll sell it for 55k

There is one thing you didn't mention on this video is the sound system... I would have liked if we could hear the sound of the radio!

John, yes you could. It would be a lower trim model and it wouldnt be diesel, but yes you could.
I just bought this truck yesterday with the 5.0 for $49k out the door.
