Before The Righteous Brothers sang "You Lost That Loving Feeling", 'Soul and Inspiration" they were with other groups but got together as a duo because of their love of R & B. Orange County where they are from was predominately white back in the 50s & 60s so it surprised me that's where they were raised. Their 1st album was with Moonglow records and "I Want To Make Love To You" is from that album. Check out other songs from that album. Radio stations thought they were black too so a DJ in Phillie called them "Blue Eyed Soul" to let his audience know what these guys look like who had these amazing voices but not all radio stations knew they were white.
