Ok you got me to subscribe after you noted that pepper and Tony had no real spark! I thought I was the only one who felt that way! Good video and hope you grow your channel too
The slander against Norton from marvel is wild. The fact that people buy into it is even crazier. All the things Norton wanted were valid, It seems Marvel were afraid to repeat the overly personal character driven approach that of the 03 movie and wanted a straightforward action flick, and were constantly trimming away character beats from the story in favor of action pieces. This is why the movie gets a lot of complaints being short and flat.
Marvel phase 1 was honestly so good in a way that felt high budget and unbeatable until phase 2 and 3 enhanced it so much that it seems simple in hindsight. A truly amazing start to a truly amazing franchise (until phase 4)
Absolutely fantastic job! Great clips, fair analysis, intelligent opinions...and very best of all, NOT AI!!! One way to tell for sure is that you edit in corrections for minor goofs. After all, the demon's in the detail, right? 😉😈 AI is trying mighty hard to ruin every niche topic on YT, it's just so lame and such a cop out, so you have a subscriber and support here! All the best...
I like this compilation video. Well done. The only thing I question is that several times you refer to Iron Man as a "B-list" character. I started reading Iron Man comics in the mid to late 70's, and I'd never consider him to be "B-list" anything. It was always one of my favorites, being exceptionally well written, and with excellent artwork. I also was always under the assumption that it was one of Marvel Comics' better selling titles. I have no doubt that some people would disagree with me, but never was I in any way disappointed each month when I got home with my newest Iron Man purchase, and always eagerly looked forward to the next month's issue.
I remember researching this when I was writing the video for Iron Man. A lot of people I saw were calling him a B-list superhero as his comics didn't sell as much as say the X-Men or Hulks did, I can't really understand how he was so underestimated back then. Maybe you were one of the few who actually saw Iron Mans worth? Up until his live action film which just skyrocketed his popularity.
He was 100% a C to B-list hero. I started reading the older comics in the 2000s from my dad’s collection, but my dad and every other Gen X and Millennial told me he was never popular, and considered quite lame compared to other heroes. Particularly when he’d roller skate. And when you do the research and look at the consensus, he was never that popular. There’s nothing wrong with having always liked him though. But me personally, I could never really get too into Iron Man. Some of the only times I actually prefer the MCU versions are with Cap and Iron Man because I believe they do them so much better.
To counter, I feel their approach is very accessible, being passive and directed. No need for faux linguistic tensions. It seems respectful, effective and honest. Also, some people have vocal disabilities thag inhibit their means to express themselves to befit social norms constructed. For instance (from personal experience, i live with vocal dysfunction, which effect my ability to communicate, many times i have to repeat myself at the cost of my own wellness because it HURTS to speak. But i still try to communicate even though it is hard to share. Not to mention how my pitch is naturally low, like a mix between james earl jones and corpse husband, its fun being a bass. The channel’s sound is fine. The length of the video was most likely exhausting to edit, voiceover and streamline such concise content. A monotone voice isnt for everybody, anyways, to each their own. And to each according to their need. Could you describe how it is hard to listen to? Is it to quiet? Myself was listening while meal prepping and found difficulty while listening with my earbuds My apologies if i offend, as i mean no harm or aggression.
@SquattingSiorai not offended. Honestly i couldnt care less about other peoples disabilities especially when it comes to their voice. Its hard to listen to because it doesn't even sound like he wants to be saying this so why would i want to listen. I dont want constant inflections on a voice or fake enthusiasm. But i need a certain amount of gusto (not sure id thats the best word but the first one that came to my mind) if your gonna talk at me for more than 45 seconds, let alone uploading over 30 min videos.
I do have a very deep and monotone voice, makes it hard for me to sound excitable when talking sometimes, also I was very tired when recording some parts too so that didn't help. But I'd rather listen to that than someone shouting/screaming at me as soon as I click on a video (like most channels do now) So exactly @squattingSiorai 'To each their own'
Great vid. I think you should have included some audio in the clips such as when you talked about the iron man repulsers
I see. Thanks for the feedback
Well done bro. Didn’t feel like an hour length video. That’s how well I was kept on. Keep up the good work!
Wow, I really appreciate it. 🙏

Imagine Mentor Monotone catagorizing Paltrow's Pepper as "flat." Wonders never cease.😂😂😂
