So far, the things I've wanted, or thought I wanted? Haven't worked out and have had to go back to the drawing board more times than I've liked. I'm out of room on the board sadly. And all over the place. So, how did it click for real estate?

First, excellent motivational video. Second, I just wanted to share a story recently regarding resilience. You know we had that snowstorm this Monday in NYC? I wish I could have told you the story I sat at home, did nothing except respond to emails, and "take a break". However, that is not how life works. I had a lease signing that day with my clients in Harlem, Manhattan. I was coincidentally at my parent's place back in Bensonhurst, BROOKLYN. An hour and a half trip by train each way while everywhere around me looked like hell froze over. I could have told my clients to reschedule and risk them backing out. However, a voice inside my head echoed "The agent that gave up the deal because they were too weak to take the hit when things got rough is the agent I eat for breakfast." I went out to do what I had to do and got obliterated by the snowstorm. The best part is the trains stopped working for the rest of the day after so I had to take a detour on the way back. This experience only made the difficult problems later down the line in which I will inevitably encounter look like a massive joke in comparison. Thanks for reading this ramble. Have a good day.
