Thanks for having Jeff back. It’s interesting to see how people are doing now, since the previous interviews were recorded a while back.
It’s encouraging to see that he kept improving since his last interview. I wish he would have talked more about how his symptoms changed and how his mood changed since then. I understand that he shifted his focus from anxiety to other things, which is part of what you have to do to recover , but I guess I still want that “feel good” motivation and encouragement of hearing that someone’s symptoms subsided.
His symptoms went away BECAUSE he stopped focusing on them. And that's why he doesn't talk about it, because it's not important to him. Once it's stops being important that's when it goes away.
As i said earlier, Shaan's work and his efforts are going to impacts the whole world. ❤❤❤. As a person who suffered from abusive rough childhood with a narcissistic and maniac father in a very abusive environment, just trying to survive and protect everyone in the family took a toll on me causing me to fell into depression, anxiety and then diagnosed with OCD that really disturbed my precious years and my studies too. But i guess these adversaries have made me even more stronger.
But then i started feeling these abnormal symptoms that felt other worldy, and then i got an anxiety panic attack and i felt extreme fear, the what ifs scenarios filled my brain and what not. But some months have passed and i feel good. But that single moment changed my life, it changed all my coping habits that caused me even more stress, and my overthinking is now lesser, now i don't try to fix or control anything beyond my control or that which can't be changed, etc etc. I'm just grateful for every experience God has given me in my life. Now it's just my responsibility to live to the fullest.
The only regret i have is that i always had to do it alone and this time it's not gonna be any different but i will surely do it.

I applied for help today and was instantly declined to your program after choosing the $1000> option at the end of your survey.. That was really disheartening to me as someone who struggles with anxiety. I understand you guys need to make money but would be nice if you offered a program for lower income people who can't afford 5000$ to help themselves.

I am 70 years old and this is my second bout with panic and anxiety. The fir time was 38 years ago snd recovered 💯 percent before. I joined a really great program called change, out of South Carolina and it was a ver reasonable price. I loved the 2 woma who ran the program. Sadly they are no longer alive 😞

When your blood pressure is high don't get scared don't think about it, you will be fine i have been there before right now am in recovering journey
You don’t deal with it. You let it be high and know that it’s ok and it’s just anxiety
I applied for Shaan program a few weeks ago and was turned down immediately after I chose the $1000 amount. Very disappointed. I would think that him being one who also suffered with this debilitating condition would be more compassionate and help people who can’t afford his very expensive program.
