Such an important message. Our emotions come and go, but they aren't who we are.

Sometimes I can't even find the right words to describe how perfectly timed your lessons are to help me, and many other people, so instead of describing it I will just thank you.

I am a Muslim and I love Buddha. He was truly Blessed by God and was deeply enlightened. Everything he said in this video can be found in our Holy Book the Quran and in our Religion as a whole. I'm not here to convert people to Islam. I'm just stating how connected all the different Faiths are. And I found that to be very interesting and beautiful. God Bless Buddha and his deep enlightened teachings.

I have a coworker who was just diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer and has lost her grandma in the span of few days. And yet, she continues to smile and be a spirit to us and herself. I don’t know how she does it, but I assume she just accepts her life as it is and is able to let go. She’s such an inspiration.

I used this today. I remember feeling extremely unsettled in the lockdowns being unable to get in touch with nature since the last 4 months.

Thank you. I was dealing with anxiety attacks that came out of nowhere. Fear of Covid19 and the future. This calmed me down. The feeling and pain will pass.
