    What’s up Darren! I’m Acari, I really enjoyed this video. One thing I noticed about you is that you are a positive person. Giving us downside con examples of LA. And then flipping them into a positive. LA has always been my dream city, since I was a little kid. The cost of living and heavy traffic horror story’s doesn’t scare me. I believe if you have a game plan, you are able to make it/survive anywhere. Thanks for the video bro. I hope to see you when I move there in a few years.

    It is absolutely not in the 70s in the wintertime. Highs are often in the 50s with no sun for days. You have very few beach days which makes them super crowded when it ever gets over 85, which is only a few days a year.

    I love California. It's a beautiful state but I hope a lot of the jobs are paying at least $60,000 - 120k a Year because that's what you're gonna need to make if you want to afford to live out there

    Funny how some of my deepest thoughts about my life are when I drive from Arleta to Bel-Air on that 405! You already know. Luckily I do an afternoon shift on Moraga Dr. and it isn't that intense. Shorter driver than Calabasas.

    What are your thoughts on the closest more "affordable" areas for single parents with teens? and better schools?
    I'll be moving from NY, so I deal with a lot of the CONS already on a daily, but I can't stand the cold climate the economy here is also failing quickly!
    I want to be close to the city center but I'm no millionaire or near one, I work in healthcare and own a photography business that I would love to run there as well. I've been told Santa Clarita and areas around there?

    • @darrenkrizlosangeles
      @darrenkrizlosangeles  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Santa Clarita is not a bad option if you don't mind the heat in the Summer. Although it is not very close to the city, it's still a great option. I'd probably recommend somewhere in the San Fernando Valley either in the North end or South end. Send me an email with more details on what's important to you and I'll give you more info!
