Rissa was so beautiful pregnant, even up until the day she was due. That’s what getting showered with love, affection, and patience looks like through pregnancy.
I remember walking into the hospital, all alone, dilated at almost a 6, with two big bags. It was so sad.. I was the only one in the labor area. It was so dark and quiet and lonely. But I still had a beautiful delivery. My son was all that I cared about anyway.
Congratulations. I also walked into the hospital alone with two bags jist over two weeks ago to give birth, cause my other half had to stay with our toddler. He wasnt there for the birth either bt women are STRONG and the main thing is mum and baby are healthy xo
Thank you all. I agree, the most important thing is that we were healthy. I remember the drive home. Going like 45 mph so that I wouldn't hit any bumps too hard and disturb the baby. Then I got home and I sat in my car for 30 minutes and cried lol. Women are definitely powerful beings.

I know how it felt Rissa i was also contracting for almost 48hrs 5minutes apart and not dilating.The pain is unbearable but we made it thru God's grace. I remember when i then gave birth the nurses shouted "victor" because the doctor said it's a miracle for both of us to be alive because my water ddnt break and i was in severe pains.and today am happy my boy is already a year and almost 2months old. Congrats once again Rissa and Quan 😍😍

I had contractions all 15 hours with my son.. i had all back labor and my son was breached, he also had a bowel movement in me and he swallowed it. I never dialated at all and loss so much fluid so i had an emergency csection. He is 17 now but his bday is Nov 16th. Congratulations again he is adorable

So funny that happened with me with both of my daughters. It was the most frustrating thing ever! It makes you feel like everytime they say we can’t keep you makes you feel like maybe you are being dramatic. But that shit really hurts. The same thing happened to me. Contractions no dilation. I was like that as well for 3 days with both girls. Women really are strong.

PSA to the baby daddies: when a pregnant woman is telling you it hurts, IT FRIGGGGEN HURTS. Labor is crazy and the every human body responds differently.
Exactly..contractions are a pain that men will NEVER be able to compare anything to..heck it's a pain that we can't compare either..it only happens when carrying a child.
Guys giving birth is no joke but Quan is one of the most loving and responsible young man I have met he’s thoughtful and understanding and loves Rissa unconditionally and I love and appreciate him for that, I have kids and I was not in the position to get epidural so I went thru all the labor pain without that and trust me it was torture but thank God he took me thru dem all Rissa you dealt with it with so much class I’m so proud of you.

Thanks guys 😊 we appreciate the in depth long videos.. sorry you went through all that pain rissa,glad the delivery went smoother .. hospitals always love giving ppl Tylenol and benadryl.. Even for my broken ankle they told me i took Tylenol in the ambulance lol (while screaming for an hour and a half on a stretcher (ankle was sitting on top of my foot literally)in the ambulance station smh. Ended up with some heavy narcotics of course lol 😆 🙃 🤣 yeah Tylenol doesn't solve everything .. I also can relate to understand the 5 min contractions all day, my mom had never seen that before either...some didn't believe the pain I said I was in as well but I did stay home, 16 hours active labour.. no joke. i had to go in when the pain was too excruciating!! I was 7 cm dilated when they checked me and my son was out and looking around in 4 pushes only 2 hours after leaving my house!!close call !!so no pain medication for me unfortunately but God bless the creator of epidural 😆 Next time be careful riss .. your hospital was too far, hopefully your new home has a hospital closer for next baby. 🙏 😊 😃 I think you did an amazing job!! 👏 also quan. . 😆 🤣 😂 poor quan, at least rissa didn't hide your hospital bag this time.. smoother experience for him this time. Sounds like my labour with my first baby, I was in labour from Thursday and had my baby on the Saturday natural birth with no pain relieve, It was a terrible experience I never wanted babies again after that it really put me off, however I had another baby 16 years after that by C section because baby was bridge, another painful experience and long recovery, woman is really strong, it is amazing we can go through all that pain and labour, and still raise and care for our family, Rissa and Quarn you are an amazing couple very supportive of each other and clearly loving your beautiful baby boy, you all are blessed to have each other
Rissa I know what you were going through with my last daughter I have been in labor for a week contractions was 5 minutes apart but I was not dilating at all I didn't have her until the 22 November a day after her due date it was my toughest pregnancy..... didn't go through any of that with my twin girls at all..... but am happy everything turn out good and you and baby is safe and healthy.

So funny that happened with me with both of my daughters. It was the most frustrating thing ever! It makes you feel like everytime they say we can’t keep you makes you feel like maybe you are being dramatic. But that shit really hurts. The same thing happened to me. Contractions no dilation. I was like that as well for 3 days with both girls. Women really are strong.
Aww u guys were so disappointed but all of it made the experience of seeing that more beautiful. Knowing u can truly go through anything together!!!!!! Unstoppable and unbreakable

PSA to the baby daddies: when a pregnant woman is telling you it hurts, IT FRIGGGGEN HURTS. Labor is crazy and the every human body responds differently.
Exactly..contractions are a pain that men will NEVER be able to compare anything to..heck it's a pain that we can't compare either..it only happens when carrying a child.
Guys giving birth is no joke but Quan is one of the most loving and responsible young man I have met he’s thoughtful and understanding and loves Rissa unconditionally and I love and appreciate him for that, I have kids and I was not in the position to get epidural so I went thru all the labor pain without that and trust me it was torture but thank God he took me thru dem all Rissa you dealt with it with so much class I’m so proud of you.
Good job guys... same thing happened to my daughter and son-in-love... my first grandson was born a few weeks before Shine and very similar birthing experiences
Child birth is such a blessing but it does take a tow on your body and can be scary so I luv how honest and transparent you both were on your journey and congrats on agin on your adorable baby boy shine 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I love the way Quan said sorry for brushing Rissa off guys I cried again like everytime I watch the labour videos I end up crying like Rissa is super strong I gave birth 4times already and I never had that long of a labour but Rissa handled it like a boss really and Quan was the sweetest man I love you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks guys 😊 we appreciate the in depth long videos.. sorry you went through all that pain rissa,glad the delivery went smoother .. hospitals always love giving ppl Tylenol and benadryl.. Even for my broken ankle they told me i took Tylenol in the ambulance lol (while screaming for an hour and a half on a stretcher (ankle was sitting on top of my foot literally)in the ambulance station smh. Ended up with some heavy narcotics of course lol 😆 🙃 🤣 yeah Tylenol doesn't solve everything .. I also can relate to understand the 5 min contractions all day, my mom had never seen that before either...some didn't believe the pain I said I was in as well but I did stay home, 16 hours active labour.. no joke. i had to go in when the pain was too excruciating!! I was 7 cm dilated when they checked me and my son was out and looking around in 4 pushes only 2 hours after leaving my house!!close call !!so no pain medication for me unfortunately but God bless the creator of epidural 😆 Next time be careful riss .. your hospital was too far, hopefully your new home has a hospital closer for next baby. 🙏 😊 😃 I think you did an amazing job!! 👏 also quan. . 😆 🤣 😂 poor quan, at least rissa didn't hide your hospital bag this time.. smoother experience for him this time. Wow that's some experience! Ur strong girl. I'm so glad my my experience was only 6 hours and only did 3 pushes. My son was out 💪🏼💙 couldnt imagine all that. U did well
Sounds like my labour with my first baby, I was in labour from Thursday and had my baby on the Saturday natural birth with no pain relieve, It was a terrible experience I never wanted babies again after that it really put me off, however I had another baby 16 years after that by C section because baby was bridge, another painful experience and long recovery, woman is really strong, it is amazing we can go through all that pain and labour, and still raise and care for our family, Rissa and Quarn you are an amazing couple very supportive of each other and clearly loving your beautiful baby boy, you all are blessed to have each other
Rissa I know what you were going through with my last daughter I have been in labor for a week contractions was 5 minutes apart but I was not dilating at all I didn't have her until the 22 November a day after her due date it was my toughest pregnancy..... didn't go through any of that with my twin girls at all..... but am happy everything turn out good and you and baby is safe and healthy.
