did you run into the issue tht most people have? lots of reviewers have mentioned that when using the mini DisplayPort the monitor will not wakeup or will take a long time to detect the input.
I literally just bought this monitor from Best Buy and bought the 5 year warranty to cover me on the burn in side of things, I do pc and console gaming so I had to buy a hdmi to hdmi mini 2.1 cable off amazon (wish it was included) I’m just worried about the screen not turning on from sleep mode from using a dp 1.4 for my pc 🤷🏽♂️
Me to man ,I was expecting more to be honest. Blacks are not Blacks when i have my Lights or my Window open , its just purple .. Brightness with Open lights is almost unusable , Menu is so Slow, Game mode has to be enable to get 165hz and u cant use any graphics profiles, If u disable it u get 120. Reflections on This panel .. OMG are terribel the panel is like a Mirror i can see my Self every time it has something Black on it, VRR Flickering on Dark or Gray scenes is very distracting, It Has amazing Viewing angles when i saw with people movies on this is amazing also HDR is amazing . Strange What most people say that Blacks are the Positive on this Oled Tech its Pointless unless u use it for Perfect Black environment . About this Fringing i can see it only if i try to see it and i am very close to it ... With Open Lights my ASUS ProArt Display PA348CGV is way way better and more Clear with better and smoother Colours , With No lights G8 is also way better ... So keept my Asus IPS monitor to use it Every day and At night palying a Game i use G8. But i am 100% Sure that G8 and every other OLED monitor its not for Day Use .

Do you have the issue wheere if your monitor goes into stand by mode it doesn't want to turn back on? This monitor is on sale now and I was was thinking of picking it up.

Thank You, Nope There Is No Burn In , Just A Slight Banding On A Gray Background :) It’s Probably The Best Monitor Out There Together With The Big Brother G9 I Would Also Like To Test The LG 45-inch 800R Model Its So Immersive The Only Downside Is The Low PPI But Other Than That Its Amazing (As Far As I Heard)

Lo tengo con una mac mini, me costo horrores configurarlo por cable, probe todos los cables posibles hasta que uno me funciono, tuve que devolver sobre 10 cables hdmi, display port, usbc etc.. pero la verdad que la pantalla es una obra de arte queda de escandalo.
