Would have been cool if you have the price ranges of each area and school ratings

It's about time somebody talks about the good neighborhoods but whoever made that article should have talked about the bluebird estates, that's the best neighborhood in Memphis hands down

lucky me, such an up to date video about moving to memphis right at the time when I am planning to move to memphis (from germany). If I may ask a question here: as you said in one of your videos, I will definitely need a car. However, prices atm are shocking! Renting a (normal middle-class) car is like 3,000 $ a month (?!?!?!), while buying a car might not be convenient for me, since I will stay in M only for 4 months (with all the searching, registration and other paper work, AND reselling it). Do YOU have any good advice for me to get a car for 4 months as convenient and cheap as possible? I heard about Turo, but even these cars are in average 1000-1500$ a month. Might buying be the better choice in the end? And my 2nd question would be: would you recommend going by bike on a daily basis (e.g. for my way to work etc.) ?

I'm sorry I somehow missed your comment until now. Price do seem high pretty much everywhere on everything these days. I don't know about short term car rentals, but I would think thats going to be very expensive anywhere you find it. If you could find a good deal on a used car and then sell it you may come out way better. You could bike, just depends on how far you need to go. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!

Binghamton. Keep your head on a swivel if you're buying one of those 1940s homes. Buy the homes next to Overton Park on East Parkway that they claim as part of the Hampt.

I lived in Binghapmton back in the early 80's when it was a rather slummy and definitely on the decline. It was actually a separate town before WW!. Prior to then the Parkways were the boundaries of the City of Memphis. I loved the neighborhood and loved older houses and my husband and I looked to buy a property in the neighborhood, There are houses into the neighborhood built in different decades. Many were built before the 40s.

Less of your faces, more of the scenes. In fact, just narrate with pictures and video of the neighbourhoods.
