I watched this video, and the one called "8 reasons to move to Memphis this year", and I noticed in both videos, you had the opportunity to mention The University of Memphis, but chose not to. The Pyramid? Yes, the Grizzlies did play there. But the Memphis Tigers played there before them. As a matter of fact, the University of Memphis athletic department paid a huge portion of the construction costs ILO using that money for an on-campus arena. The Fed Ex Forum? Yes, the Griz play there. But so do the Tigers. You followed the sports venues and hot spots around the downtown area, then Cooper-Young, then you went midtown, and skipped RIGHT over .... Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium... where the top25 University of Memphis Tigers football team plays. HUGE renovation going on right now as a matter of fact with our stadium. Not to mention the AAU-type sports complex recently finished on the stadium block. A really valuable asset to the community. Then you kept going on out east and skipped right over The University of Memphis campus. People moving to the Memphis area might benefit from learning about the D-1a (FBS) Teir1 research university right in the middle of the city. I'm sensing a bias. Say it ain't so... P.S. Stanton can't build/develop 5hit, since their sewer system is at max capacity, and no ability to enlarge it. The closest option with available growth potential is Somerville, the Fayette co. county seat. 11 miles/15 minute drive.
We have helped several people move to Desoto county. For some Memphis or suburbs in TN work better, others have really liked what they could get in Mississippi

On the corner of Germantown road and stage road is wolf chase mall. There is a Hard Rock cafe at the mall
Yes it is! Although I'm not aware of a hard rock cafe there. Is that new?
