These closets where insane!!! woah!! what neighborhood are you looking in?! Loved apt#1&3&4&5! Wish you would have included the prices for rent, deposits, fees etc!!
Great video but it would help to know the budget you were working with and the general overall location to help others who are searching. I'm guessing you are in Lincoln Park. But thank you! Lovely places. Thank you for sharing! :)
what resources did you use to find the options you looked at? I'm moving next year and i feel like there's so many options it's overwhelming, but i'm looking for the same price range and like the sizes you looked at!
Hi Lindsey! I plan to start apartment hunting in Chicago in December and would like to move in by February. Did you use a realtor to help find apartments? If not, what did you use to find apartments?
Would you be willing to give an estimate on pricing for the ones you didn’t choose? I am wanting to move in Chicago and trying to get an idea of where pricing is right now with apartments this size.
yes! each of the one bedrooms are in the $1300 - $1400 range (this is a bit lower than regular market price due to covid rental deals). The studio apartments were closer to $1600 because the building was newer and had a number of amenities that the other buildings did not. I hope this helps! You can definitely find apartments in different price ranges in other neighborhoods as well.
@@lindseymeredith4144 I have been noticing the prices have been lower with Covid. That is the price range I am hoping to get within with the market right now. Thank you so much!
These apartments are so nice! I’m flying to Chicago next week from Texas but having a hard time finding places, please recommend any nice places you found on your tours, I’d really appreciate it :) IG: @alehaek
Great video.... but I think adding the prices of the apartments would have been much more helpful
Yes, sort of means nothing without such
