I'm a 72 year old female and I often feel intimidated when I need to figure out something I used to just ask my spouse to do .I followed your clear instructions and reprogrammed my garage opener keypad! Thank you!
Thanks for this video. I just re-programmed a new remote for my opener today and wanted to use a new code for the keypad. I didn't realize that it's pretty much the same steps as the getting the opener to "learn" a new remote. Note to everyone- to get your opener to "Learn" a new remote- simply press the Learn button, when the button is lit, press your remote and the lights on your opener should blink. That's all it is. New remote is now learned and programmed.

This is a well done video. Just built a house and resetting the code was necessary. As we had various suppliers come back to complete service, I could give them a temporary code without compromise. Thanks Andrew!

You saved me a service fee for something that took < 5 minutes for me to do. Most of that time included getting the nerve to climb up the ladder. Awesome PSA (public service assistance)

This worked very well! Many thanks! Now, I think I need to mention that my wireless keyless entry suddenly stopped working last week. That is, the code wouldn't work before I re-entered the code today. So, I'm thinking that it's time to switch codes, just in case someone else changed the code so they could enter. Just to be on the safe side, I'm changing the code.

Any idea of the maximum number of hours for a temporary pin? For example, if I go on vacation for 4 weeks, and I want to give a house sitter access for 30 days, can I set to 720 hours? (24 hours x 30 days = 720 hours). Also, what is the maximum number of entries that you can set for temporary pin? Thanks.
