Imagine catching Manadza or Arctoyield, and because of one of the legendaries getting captured, the region goes into either a giant drought or a big snowstorm. Your rival has to team up with you to catch the other one to bring peace.

Really like the legends for this region. Solid design and theming. Since Wicoot is so smart and wise, I feel that it would be awesome if it could talk. Not just in the anime but in the actual game. Maybe whenever you meet and battle it, it just mocks you for the entire battle and does the same to your opponents once you catch it.

Considering it were two Chumunk who were blessed, I'd imagine that Temunk and Tamunk have another goal of telling the Chumunk when to hibernate and when to stop. Tamunk would wake the sleeping Chumunks as it brings its springs, and the awakening of the local Chumunk would alert other spring/summer pokemon that it's their time. Temunk would warn the Chumunk of the soon to come winter, and the sudden disappearance of Chumunk would tell the fall/winter pokemon it's their time. While other pokemon migrate, the Chumunk would simply stay where they are, since they are already in every corner of the region, meaning migration would be obsolete.
I'll forever love the irony of the whole land o lakes thing. Like once again they removed the Native American but they kept the land. Sounds eerily familiar

Yeah I really hope that sometime in the future when he finishes this region he decides to do more. Not immediately after of course cause this stuff takes more time than I could ever know.
One idea I would have for Wicoot is that in all four areas it has hidden "shrines" with puzzles in it that you have to solve and then answer a riddle. For the first three you get a hint where one of the other shrines is, while if you finish the fourth shrine, it will do battle against you as a formality as it will have a catch rate of 100% as it recognizes your wit and determination and thus follows you... For a while.

I pray for a Terrorbird Fossil Pokemon. With the thematic of the zone being "migration" it could even relate to the real life equivalent of Terrorbirds migrating from South to North America, albeit it that they weren't terribly successful there.
We all be talking about migration and cool animals but what about the ones that can't leave and are forced to adapt. I'd want a fossil pokemon that was around when the legendaries first appeared making current weather events child play. Its ability would give it a small stat boost every time the weather changed as well as changed type to suit the weather. But the problem is finding an animal thats old as hell with the ability to adapt to anything and not be trash (looking at you cockroches). And another problem would be its original type what would an adapt all type be. This all seems OP so it would be a mythical.
Can I suggest a name for Arctoyield? How about Plysstoysin? Pulling from: *Pleistocene, the epoch of the Ice Age *Sstoyii, for winter *Arctodus sinus, the Giant Short-faced Bear *Sin (and maybe lie?) For the 'evil' action bringing the cold. Could maybe also reference sine waves, a recurring pattern much like the seasons. The pattern on the chest could also reference sine * Ice, via pronunciation *Stoic "Arctoyield" seems too on-the-nose, IMO
Wayyyy too complex of a name. And it doesn't exactly sound powerful like most other legendary names (names like Giratina, Rayquaza, Lunala, Ho-Oh, and many more just sound powerful, like a presence itself is in the name). Plysstoysin sounds like a fish of some sorts

I love the wiscoot escaping thing, it totally fits coyotes character, half his stories have him brag about something, succeed, and then going, "if you thought that was impressive I'll do it with no paws" and proceed to be stuck in a deadly situation. Which is why he can't escape twice, he stayed in longer to flex on you, and got stuck for real. And as the little tell for people not expecting it, the nickname doesn't appear, (maybe a false pokedex entry saying it's the wisest, with the real saying it's a master trickster prone to overconfidence ). And just to not enrage everyone who tried master ball, it refunds the ball that catches him on the first attempt.

I appreciate the Sasquatch reference of wandering around legendaries, that are sometimes glimpsed. I live in the PNW (Oregon South Coast) as well, and I think this is pretty good lore and world building.

I have an idea for the coyote, what if it secretly led the legendaries to chase each other, like it swept the cold air into the summer guys cave to get it to notice and then made noises behind the winter guy so that he would turn around and see the summer, but neither of them ever acknowledge wicoot and just walk by blinded by their wish for more of their season

You should add vernal pool Pokemon Almost all vernal pools are located in California. Vernal pools are pools of water that only exist in spring. Since vernal pools only exist during certain seasons the species that live in them change rapidly. They could take different forms like how Castform does. Some examples Coyote thistle This plant starts as a seed, it begins growing in the water of the pool, it continues growing after the pool dries up, and then it dies after a while. Plant Ground in winter, Plant Water in spring, Plant Steel (it's spiky) in summer, Plant Ghost in fall. (I don't know if those are good type mixes, you should change them if you think there is something better) It's move set would be for all four forms, shared between them. Fairy shrimp, an endangered species This species lives mainly as an egg and adult form. Its egg form would be normal type. The main purpose of their eggs is to survive until the pool refills in the spring. Their eggs are very tough and can survive through summer and winter. It should be invulnerable to weather and resistant to fire, water, and ice moves. The main point is that it should be a tank. The drawback is that the egg form would only be able to learn defensive moves. This could allow the trainer though, time to revive or heal other Pokemon while the egg form tanks the damage. Its shrimp form would only appear in spring season, Water Bug. It wouldn't have the same resistances. It should be very quick and have speed based moves, as its life is short and it needs to make the most of it. -Now this is just general ideas- Pacific tree frog These frogs develop faster in warm water because of a temperature sensor in its forehead. So it should have an ability, for all evolutions, to have a greater dodge chance on temperature based moves, they can detect it coming. If it's hot weather, the chance to dodge decreases for hot moves and increases for cold moves and vice versa for cold weather. Because if everything is hot, it's hard to tell when something is getting hotter. There is a native american myth, www.firstpeople.us/FP-Html-Legends/TheDaughterOfTheSun-Cherokee.html It describes the west as the land of the dead. The daughter of the Sun Mother is retrieved from there. When she escapes the box she is brought back in, she is described as a redbird. The Northern Cardinal, also known as the redbird, is unusual in California and mostly appears in California because it was introduced and ESCAPED. It would probably be ghost flying, legendary. Its ability would be that it is impossible to trap. It could be captured but if it faints, it flies away. You get the pokeball back but you lose the Pokemon. Also any moves that trap it would only affect it for 1 attack by the redbird. It wouldn't be affected by the sun and is very weak to poison. (in the myth she was killed by a rattlesnake) It would have a set four moves: Sword's dance, Shadow Sneak, Fly, Confuse Ray It would appear randomly in the southwest region in spring and fall. (She died before the Sun came and was brought back after the Sun came by) Obviously it wouldn't appear if you had it captured while wandering around that area Some other animals to look at, Redwing Blackbird, Anna's Hummingbird, Blue Heron, Great and Snowy Egret, Great Horned Owl, Red Tailed and Red Shouldered Hawk, Bats, Gilbert Skink, Monarch Butterfly, Cattails, the parasitic Butter and Eggs, Cotton Tail and Black Tailed Jackrabbit, Northern Flicker, Moles, Voles, Gophers, King Snakes (immune to snake venom), and Garter Snakes (look up San Francisco garter snake for shiny version). Of course there are many more wonderful flora and fauna that would be great additions to the region.

Tamunk: The Spring Pokemon. A grass and fairy type. Tamunk's wings are able to fertilize old soil and increase crop yield by a significant amount. Temunk: The Autumn Pokemon. A Grass and Ghost type. Temunk is responsible for Kaskade's trees turning yellow and orange in order to pave the way for Arctoyield. A couple of dex entry ideas for the legendary scouts.
Well actually this isn't even true. The term "Arctic" originated from the Greek word for bear, but it is a reference to the star sign of Ursa minor, which contains the North star 'Polaris'. Antarctic means more like "opposite the Arctic" and not "does not have bears" 😅

I’m guessing that there’s two evil teams that are actually rival companies. One runs a summer-related resort or business while the other runs a winter-related resort or business. Both their goals would simply be to capture and imprison the opposite legendary Pokémon to force the other company into bankruptcy. This would cause the region to experience either a blazing drought or a permanent ice age, forcing the player to free the legendary Pokémon form the villain’s HQ. Either this or they just capture the legendary Pokémon that compliments them and force them to stay in one area.

Okay... I'm officially obsessed with this region. I love the concept of weather finally being seen as super importiant, and the embodiment of the seasons in these legendaries fits SO beyond well. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to use legendaries because they're super over rated, but these are genuinely amazing and I'd have to love them!!!
The trio of manadza, arctoyield and wicoot really remind me of the hoenn legendaries Manadza - groudon: drought bringer Arctoyield - kyogre: cold and wet boi Wicoot - rayquaza: the neutraliser

As a native person I love the native influences. I’ve always wanted to see a region totally inspired by native culture & lore. This is definitely the closest to that I’ve seen, you’ve done a great job.
I just imagine arctoyeild and manadza fighting and just a very tired zygarde telling them to stop fighting, shut up, and take a nap, which adds an extra layer of comedy to arctoyeild and manadza’s rivalry.

Funny enough some people in the comment section have theorized it an Thunder bird based on the Road Runner which wicoot Chases down kind of like the road runner and Wiley the coyote, from the American Looney Tunes show. People have even gone so far as to say the Thunderbird is actually Galarian Zapdos since it’s design does look awfully close to the traditional roadrunner design, even has the move thunder kick which makes the Galarian design feel like a Bird of Thunder as Oppose to lightning
I can imagine the post game being after you caught one the weather goes out of control and everything ether starts to freeze over or burn depending on the version and you have to find a way to stop it
I love them all! Though Arctoyield's ability and the Munks' attacks are a bit off for me. Arctoyield's ability is a little poorly named. I think something more powerful-sounding like Glacier Armour might work better. Ice Armour's just a little too meh; like it would be given to a 1 or 2 of the new regular Ice types. The Munks are different. Efflorescence is too similar to Grassy Terrain and Misty Terrain and Languishing Aura could be swapped out for a new Ghostly Terrain that'd do damage over time to everything but Ghost-types. It might be better to make them like the other Legends' attacks, in that they damage, or maybe heal, while also summoning either Grassy or Misty Terrain and a new Ghostly Terrain to boot. Also, you missed out with Temunk's ability. You should have called it Arena Gloom to match Tamunk's Arena Bloom. And Guessing the Thunderbird is another Mythical but on Arceus levels rather then something like Mew or Darkrai. Edit: Also, just found a pretty neat animal that you could use for inspiration: the thresher shark. Named for its scythe, or thresher, shaped tail that it uses to stun prey. Could make good Water/Dark or Water/Ghost material.
my thoughts: - i LOVE these ideas gameplay wise. if this was a region with these legendaries, it would be one of my favorites behind probably only kalos, hoenn, and sinohh in terms of lore. - i HATE these ideas for competitive. dude. the fire legendary would be so broken that it would almost be stronger than primal groudon, probably the second most broken pokemon in vgc behind xerneas. i pray to jesus that if these were real the 2 box legends would be banned within 2 milliseconds of them being revealed
@@ignisardenti2486 Well Mega Rayquaza was banned in singles, but he was still legal in doubles vgc, which is the main format used in tournaments. So this would be a ban more important than Mega Rayquaza.
@@ZippyzzzReal All I’m going to say, is that if you were to catch the legendary the game would go into ruin. It would freeze over, so maybe it’s uncatchable. Seemingly escaping before you attempt to throw the poke ball. And maybe if you do knock it out the Thunderbird seems to appear and commit a pokecenter and heal it back to life.
I love everything about this, how the legendaries are just constantly circling the region glaring at each other, how the secondary legendaries are actually the route 1 rodent recruited by the box legendaries, and especially the types. Oh man, more than anything it's how the box legendaries 2 types counteract each other so perfectly, I adore stuff like that and it's something Pokemon just can NEVER do right.

@@rayzersun6705 The anime and films imply there are multiple examples of some legendaries, especially the birds. In the games the birds are seen as rare but not very important to the region (unlike the second film) so they may just be a very old species with a few examples of them dotted about. Not like the legendaries which seem like demi gods who control space, time, water, earth. A regional variant of groudon would be weird given its significance but i can imagine Zapdos existing as a rare species so multiple versions arise over time

The way I remember tamunk and temunk is when you say the "a" sound in tamunk your mouth opens like flowers in spring whereas the "e" in temunk keeps your mouth mostly closed like how flowers and other plants die in autumn and when flowers die they close up
I think that to fit with the sun vs hail theme of the legendaries you should buff hail to make it more on par with the other weathers. Things like: - Giving a 50% boost to the defense stat of ice types, - Giving more Pokémon abilities such as slush rush and ice body, especially if they aren’t ice themselves. - Make those abilities grant immunity to hail. - Expand the list of types immune to hail, like water types, to make the potential roster for hail teams much larger. Optionally, you could buff the ice type in general but that may be a step too far from the original games. As a final change, you could consider giving the legendaries the hidden abilities drought and snow warning so they can set their weather automatically when they switch into battle.
These legendary are awesome! You could call the game “Pokémon summer and winter” and the third one could be called “Pokémon Solstice” (because there are both a summer and a winter solstice) and in this version would have the wicoot in the cover

I would honestly love Castform to be the Rotom equivalent in that region. Basically everyone either befriends, catches or leaves food out to attract Castform as a way to be aware of the weather conditions. I'd imagine their practical utility would be so helpful for farmers that there would be several that base their whole logos around Castform.

Imagine catching Manadza or Arctoyield, and because of one of the legendaries getting captured, the region goes into either a giant drought or a big snowstorm. Your rival has to team up with you to catch the other one to bring peace.

Really like the legends for this region. Solid design and theming. Since Wicoot is so smart and wise, I feel that it would be awesome if it could talk. Not just in the anime but in the actual game. Maybe whenever you meet and battle it, it just mocks you for the entire battle and does the same to your opponents once you catch it.
Oh I'm sure it would, GameFreak shown that they got no problems in allowing Pokémon to talk, as with Calyrex and Arceus.

Considering it were two Chumunk who were blessed, I'd imagine that Temunk and Tamunk have another goal of telling the Chumunk when to hibernate and when to stop. Tamunk would wake the sleeping Chumunks as it brings its springs, and the awakening of the local Chumunk would alert other spring/summer pokemon that it's their time. Temunk would warn the Chumunk of the soon to come winter, and the sudden disappearance of Chumunk would tell the fall/winter pokemon it's their time. While other pokemon migrate, the Chumunk would simply stay where they are, since they are already in every corner of the region, meaning migration would be obsolete.

One idea I would have for Wicoot is that in all four areas it has hidden "shrines" with puzzles in it that you have to solve and then answer a riddle. For the first three you get a hint where one of the other shrines is, while if you finish the fourth shrine, it will do battle against you as a formality as it will have a catch rate of 100% as it recognizes your wit and determination and thus follows you... For a while.

We all be talking about migration and cool animals but what about the ones that can't leave and are forced to adapt. I'd want a fossil pokemon that was around when the legendaries first appeared making current weather events child play. Its ability would give it a small stat boost every time the weather changed as well as changed type to suit the weather. But the problem is finding an animal thats old as hell with the ability to adapt to anything and not be trash (looking at you cockroches). And another problem would be its original type what would an adapt all type be. This all seems OP so it would be a mythical.

I love the wiscoot escaping thing, it totally fits coyotes character, half his stories have him brag about something, succeed, and then going, "if you thought that was impressive I'll do it with no paws" and proceed to be stuck in a deadly situation. Which is why he can't escape twice, he stayed in longer to flex on you, and got stuck for real. And as the little tell for people not expecting it, the nickname doesn't appear, (maybe a false pokedex entry saying it's the wisest, with the real saying it's a master trickster prone to overconfidence ). And just to not enrage everyone who tried master ball, it refunds the ball that catches him on the first attempt.
Omg it’s be amazing if the dex is just a bunch of praise and fake stats saying it’s the best. If we get a rotom dex like thing it’s also be hilarious if it said “huh that’s weird. I’ve never seen something as powerful as this. But whatever this is an unknown Pokémon after all.

I appreciate the Sasquatch reference of wandering around legendaries, that are sometimes glimpsed. I live in the PNW (Oregon South Coast) as well, and I think this is pretty good lore and world building.

You should add vernal pool Pokemon
Almost all vernal pools are located in California. Vernal pools are pools of water that only exist in spring.
Since vernal pools only exist during certain seasons the species that live in them change rapidly. They could take different forms like how Castform does.
Some examples
Coyote thistle
This plant starts as a seed, it begins growing in the water of the pool, it continues growing after the pool dries up, and then it dies after a while.
Plant Ground in winter, Plant Water in spring, Plant Steel (it's spiky) in summer, Plant Ghost in fall.
(I don't know if those are good type mixes, you should change them if you think there is something better)
It's move set would be for all four forms, shared between them.
Fairy shrimp, an endangered species
This species lives mainly as an egg and adult form.
Its egg form would be normal type. The main purpose of their eggs is to survive until the pool refills in the spring. Their eggs are very tough and can survive through summer and winter. It should be invulnerable to weather and resistant to fire, water, and ice moves. The main point is that it should be a tank.
The drawback is that the egg form would only be able to learn defensive moves. This could allow the trainer though, time to revive or heal other Pokemon while the egg form tanks the damage.
Its shrimp form would only appear in spring season, Water Bug.
It wouldn't have the same resistances. It should be very quick and have speed based moves, as its life is short and it needs to make the most of it.

Pacific tree frog
These frogs develop faster in warm water because of a temperature sensor in its forehead.
So it should have an ability, for all evolutions, to have a greater dodge chance on temperature based moves, they can detect it coming. If it's hot weather, the chance to dodge decreases for hot moves and increases for cold moves and vice versa for cold weather. Because if everything is hot, it's hard to tell when something is getting hotter.

It describes the west as the land of the dead. The daughter of the Sun Mother is retrieved from there.
When she escapes the box she is brought back in, she is described as a redbird. The Northern Cardinal, also known as the redbird, is unusual in California and mostly appears in California because it was introduced and ESCAPED. It would probably be ghost flying, legendary. Its ability would be that it is impossible to trap. It could be captured but if it faints, it flies away. You get the pokeball back but you lose the Pokemon. Also any moves that trap it would only affect it for 1 attack by the redbird.
It wouldn't be affected by the sun and is very weak to poison. (in the myth she was killed by a rattlesnake)
It would have a set four moves: Sword's dance, Shadow Sneak, Fly, Confuse Ray
It would appear randomly in the southwest region in spring and fall. (She died before the Sun came and was brought back after the Sun came by)
Obviously it wouldn't appear if you had it captured while wandering around that area
Some other animals to look at,
Redwing Blackbird, Anna's Hummingbird, Blue Heron, Great and Snowy Egret, Great Horned Owl, Red Tailed and Red Shouldered Hawk, Bats, Gilbert Skink, Monarch Butterfly, Cattails, the parasitic Butter and Eggs, Cotton Tail and Black Tailed Jackrabbit, Northern Flicker, Moles, Voles, Gophers, King Snakes (immune to snake venom), and Garter Snakes (look up San Francisco garter snake for shiny version). Of course there are many more wonderful flora and fauna that would be great additions to the region.

Tamunk: The Spring Pokemon. A grass and fairy type. Tamunk's wings are able to fertilize old soil and increase crop yield by a significant amount.
Temunk: The Autumn Pokemon. A Grass and Ghost type. Temunk is responsible for Kaskade's trees turning yellow and orange in order to pave the way for Arctoyield.

Well actually this isn't even true. The term "Arctic" originated from the Greek word for bear, but it is a reference to the star sign of Ursa minor, which contains the North star 'Polaris'.

I’m guessing that there’s two evil teams that are actually rival companies. One runs a summer-related resort or business while the other runs a winter-related resort or business. Both their goals would simply be to capture and imprison the opposite legendary Pokémon to force the other company into bankruptcy. This would cause the region to experience either a blazing drought or a permanent ice age, forcing the player to free the legendary Pokémon form the villain’s HQ. Either this or they just capture the legendary Pokémon that compliments them and force them to stay in one area.

Okay... I'm officially obsessed with this region. I love the concept of weather finally being seen as super importiant, and the embodiment of the seasons in these legendaries fits SO beyond well. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to use legendaries because they're super over rated, but these are genuinely amazing and I'd have to love them!!!
The trio of manadza, arctoyield and wicoot really remind me of the hoenn legendaries
Manadza - groudon: drought bringer
Arctoyield - kyogre: cold and wet boi
Wicoot - rayquaza: the neutraliser
They are just the ultimate form of those archetypes.

As a native person I love the native influences. I’ve always wanted to see a region totally inspired by native culture & lore. This is definitely the closest to that I’ve seen, you’ve done a great job.
I just imagine arctoyeild and manadza fighting and just a very tired zygarde telling them to stop fighting, shut up, and take a nap, which adds an extra layer of comedy to arctoyeild and manadza’s rivalry.

Funny enough some people in the comment section have theorized it an Thunder bird based on the Road Runner which wicoot Chases down kind of like the road runner and Wiley the coyote, from the American Looney Tunes show. People have even gone so far as to say the Thunderbird is actually Galarian Zapdos since it’s design does look awfully close to the traditional roadrunner design, even has the move thunder kick which makes the Galarian design feel like a Bird of Thunder as Oppose to lightning

It's a Hurricane Pokemon bird. Something that cancels out all weather and replaces it with it's own. Something like that.
I can imagine the post game being after you caught one the weather goes out of control and everything ether starts to freeze over or burn depending on the version and you have to find a way to stop it

I love them all! Though Arctoyield's ability and the Munks' attacks are a bit off for me.
Arctoyield's ability is a little poorly named. I think something more powerful-sounding like Glacier Armour might work better. Ice Armour's just a little too meh; like it would be given to a 1 or 2 of the new regular Ice types.
The Munks are different. Efflorescence is too similar to Grassy Terrain and Misty Terrain and Languishing Aura could be swapped out for a new Ghostly Terrain that'd do damage over time to everything but Ghost-types. It might be better to make them like the other Legends' attacks, in that they damage, or maybe heal, while also summoning either Grassy or Misty Terrain and a new Ghostly Terrain to boot.
Also, you missed out with Temunk's ability. You should have called it Arena Gloom to match Tamunk's Arena Bloom.
And Guessing the Thunderbird is another Mythical but on Arceus levels rather then something like Mew or Darkrai.
Edit: Also, just found a pretty neat animal that you could use for inspiration: the thresher shark. Named for its scythe, or thresher, shaped tail that it uses to stun prey. Could make good Water/Dark or Water/Ghost material.
I was thinking the thunderbird might be more like a Rayquaza or Giratina equivalent.

my thoughts:
- i LOVE these ideas gameplay wise. if this was a region with these legendaries, it would be one of my favorites behind probably only kalos, hoenn, and sinohh in terms of lore.
- i HATE these ideas for competitive. dude. the fire legendary would be so broken that it would almost be stronger than primal groudon, probably the second most broken pokemon in vgc behind xerneas. i pray to jesus that if these were real the 2 box legends would be banned within 2 milliseconds of them being revealed

@@ignisardenti2486 Well Mega Rayquaza was banned in singles, but he was still legal in doubles vgc, which is the main format used in tournaments. So this would be a ban more important than Mega Rayquaza.
@@ZippyzzzReal All I’m going to say, is that if you were to catch the legendary the game would go into ruin. It would freeze over, so maybe it’s uncatchable. Seemingly escaping before you attempt to throw the poke ball. And maybe if you do knock it out the Thunderbird seems to appear and commit a pokecenter and heal it back to life.

I love everything about this, how the legendaries are just constantly circling the region glaring at each other, how the secondary legendaries are actually the route 1 rodent recruited by the box legendaries, and especially the types. Oh man, more than anything it's how the box legendaries 2 types counteract each other so perfectly, I adore stuff like that and it's something Pokemon just can NEVER do right.

@@rayzersun6705 The anime and films imply there are multiple examples of some legendaries, especially the birds. In the games the birds are seen as rare but not very important to the region (unlike the second film) so they may just be a very old species with a few examples of them dotted about. Not like the legendaries which seem like demi gods who control space, time, water, earth.
A regional variant of groudon would be weird given its significance but i can imagine Zapdos existing as a rare species so multiple versions arise over time

The way I remember tamunk and temunk is when you say the "a" sound in tamunk your mouth opens like flowers in spring whereas the "e" in temunk keeps your mouth mostly closed like how flowers and other plants die in autumn and when flowers die they close up
I think that to fit with the sun vs hail theme of the legendaries you should buff hail to make it more on par with the other weathers.
Things like:
- Giving a 50% boost to the defense stat of ice types,
- Giving more Pokémon abilities such as slush rush and ice body, especially if they aren’t ice themselves.
- Make those abilities grant immunity to hail.
- Expand the list of types immune to hail, like water types, to make the potential roster for hail teams much larger.
Optionally, you could buff the ice type in general but that may be a step too far from the original games.
As a final change, you could consider giving the legendaries the hidden abilities drought and snow warning so they can set their weather automatically when they switch into battle.
I say some ice types should have an ability that makes them super effective against fire at low health mayve even a type change to water

I like how when explaining Manadza the background was going up, as heat rises, and then when talking about Arctoyield it went down, as the cold drops. Nice attention to detail! Love the concept!

I would honestly love Castform to be the Rotom equivalent in that region. Basically everyone either befriends, catches or leaves food out to attract Castform as a way to be aware of the weather conditions. I'd imagine their practical utility would be so helpful for farmers that there would be several that base their whole logos around Castform.
The legendaries remind me of when I'd fight with my family over the room temperature. All jokes aside, your legendary and starter pokemon ideas are amazing and super creative and I wish I could play one of these games!

Sword and Shield basically have nothing.
They just have the legend of 2 Heroes, a simple tale,
and the story is just that you repeat step-for-step
in the most plain way this legend/tale.
There basically is no Story.
Especially the legendary pokemon have basically nothing,
they have absolutely no personality.
I never felt so disconnected to Legendaries.
