Me Dan & Sof took on the athlete level for the Physique Academy mental health challenge!
The target of our challenge is to spead awareness of mental health and to raise £10,000 for our mission. This will provide 200 FREE ‘Let’s Talk’ sessions for men to access our expert and professional team from the Armstrong Foundation. When the target is reached, George will also donate a further £10,000 making it a total of £20,000 to the foundation.
