    Ingredients:
    1 kg plums (the plums should be strong and juicy)
    125 g almonds
    125 g hazelnuts
    200 g softened butter
    150 g powdered sugar
    3 eggs
    100 g glutenfree flour
    4 tbsp apricot jam (or any jam you like)
    2 teaspoon rum essence (if you like)

    This gluten-free cake is a heavenly combination of almonds, hazelnuts, and fresh plums, creating a dessert that's both elegant and delicious.
    Perfect for any occasion, this cake is sure to impress your family and friends. Let's get started!
    Bite 1: Nutty Goodness
    Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
    Grind the almonds and hazelnuts in a blender until finely ground.
    Bite 2: Perfectly Sweet
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Bite 3: Gluten-Free Delight
    Fold in the ground nuts and sifted gluten-free flour to combine.
    Ensure the batter is well mixed but do not overbeat.
    Add the rum essence in the batter and mixed it well.
    Grease a round springform pan with a diameter of 28 cm (11 inches).
