This video really goes to show that having visible, defined muscles shouldn't be the ultimate goal of fitness. They don't mean as much as society says they do: as we can see, Kenta is obviously a strong fitness trainer with giant muscles, but even he couldn't keep up with Cassey's crazy strong core! Shame on those who insulted Cassey for not having a six-pack, she just proved she doesn't need one.
Yup, every body is different. Just like when Rosanna was in her ab challenge video. Cassey could continue without stopping even though she doesn't have visible abs like Rosanna's.

I had to mod day 13 bc my non-existent butt is rly bony so I kept on rolling over my bone... 😬 Edit: I had to do this exercise with my butt on a pillow.
But also notice that Kenta’s legs go down lower (they point towards the wall) when he does the star, while Cassey’s legs go up (pointing towards the ceiling) when she does the star. Doing the star with the legs higher makes it muuuch more bearable
I've been doing this every single morning for the last 2.5 months and I can honestly tell my core is getting strong. My posture is better and I feel great. Thanks so much Cassey for making this playlist!

Hi, I'm 11 and me and my friend found your channel together. We both wanted abs and we both wanted to get off our phones and do something. We found this and it is perfect. We both love you and not gonna lie I missed a week but what I'm doing is I'm catching up. For all the people who have missed a day what you can do is do them in order but because you missed them add a booty or an arm or leg or whatever you want in between them so then you won't want to miss them again...this might only work for me but I like it and I recommend it. I love this channel and you are my favourite TH-camr. You inspire me. Also what about comment of the day? I think it would be a fun way to recognize your subscribers
Man I was DYING! Thought I couldn't do it but it was motivating that Kenta also struggled because he has the abs. I definetely think this ones one of the hardest excercises until now.
I just finished today's challenge. When I first saw the video I thought I was going to die and surprisingly it wasn't that difficult, I didn't need the modification but I had to do a few stops on the way. I'm sweating so much. I think I found a new favorite ab exercise and I can't be the only one. I train my abs very frequently and so far I just my obliques got sore, anyone else? Now it's time for some arm workout. 15/30 complete, love the commitment I'm putting on myself. Thanks Cassey. Focus guys, half way through, we can do it!!
Mine did, really badly at first, to the point where I thought I'd just have to sub a completely different exercise because my body just couldn't handle this one. But it definitely helped for me to do more of a forward-then-outward motion with my legs, if that makes sense? Stil a pop here and there but super doable!
I’m late to this challenge, but I decided to do it in June! It’s been very challenging and great so far! It really accomplishes Cassey’s goal of showing people of all fitness levels! My only critique is that when her friends move to the modifications, she speeds up. I’ve seen this in all the videos and I’m finding myself having to catch up by 5-10 reps at the end. I hope she continues to do monthly challenges!
WOW! I thought I would take a break cause we all know star abs is one of the hardest ones. But I did it along with Cassey without stopping. I feel so EMPOWERED right now!
I didn’t think that I would be able to do the regular version even once (I wasn’t able to do it in a previous workout video from Cassey)...let alone 100 reps. But the past 14 days have actually made a difference and I pushed through the 100 reps without having to go back to the modified version! Thanks Cassey for motivating me to get stronger! 😍
I love this challenge. It makes me feel so strong and i’ve been consistently motivated each day!! I wanted to do the full move for each rep this workout so I took this exercise a little slower and did sets of ten, then stopped to take a deep breath before continuing
First time thru this challenge I could not do even one of these unmodified. Second time, same. This is third time thru ..... and I did twelve in a row!!!!! At 50+ yrs old, i am so proud of myself 😁😁😁😁 thanks for motivating me and giving me these skills!

Done! I had never done this exercise before! I didn't know that this exercise exists! This one and the butterfly sit up are easier ab exercises for my back!
I definitely wasn't able to lift myself to a situp haha I sticked with the modification but struggled to keep my shoulders up and not strain my neck. :( Nonetheless I think I did 100 or nearly that. I suspect I'm not doing these correctly sometimes but I've always sucked at ab exercises so I'm mainly just happy that I'm sticking to this challenge and haven't given up!

Did this exercise a little too close to the ironing board and the iron fell almost on my head but I think that would’ve hurt less than this workout did!! Haha I’m enjoying this though. Seeing Kenta struggle showed me that it’s okay not to be able to push through it 100% so thank you! And Cassey is a BEAST. I strive to be the athletic friend someday lol
Done! For some reason, my abs are not sore😕! However it has become much easier to engage my abs in everyday activities, such as picking something up, or bending over. This does help in my dance classes, yet i wish I were sore!
Great to see Kenta struggling, definitely shows people that everyone has their fitness strengths and your own fitness weakness should never stand in the way of trying.
is anyone stuck in the same boat as i am? i was doing this challenge and reached day 9 but have been busy with work so i put it off now i’m almost a week behind and i have lost the motivation to try and catch up i feel so useless especially considering everyone is finding this easy anyone know what i can do? :(
cyber twit it’s definitely not easy I think in all so far I’ve done the easy moderations and have struggled in alllll!! And you don’t have to worry about keeping up, just carry on from day 10! I’m a couple of days behind myself now as I was unwell over the weekend. This challenge isn’t going away once the 30 days are over!
Go easy on yourself, just do what you can and go at your pace even if that means once every week or half in the morning or half at night. Change the challenge so it works for you. Hope this helps X
Just do the best you can, I stopped at day 8 and had to catch up till day 12. If I can do this you can too. Just do your best, modify the days if you need and take this hour to catch up and make yourself proud

Go easy on yourself, just do what you can and go at your pace even if that means once every week or half in the morning or half at night. Change the challenge so it works for you. Hope this helps X
Just do the best you can, I stopped at day 8 and had to catch up till day 12. If I can do this you can too. Just do your best, modify the days if you need and take this hour to catch up and make yourself proud
