    Since this video came out a few years ago it has been my go to ab workout for when I’m going on vacations! I know when I do this I’m going to see results of a flat tummy. Currently redoing it again, started a couple of days ago and I’m already seeing results. The key is to eat healthy and know your limits with your body. This video really works!

    it literally took me six months, but today i've finished this workout without any modifications, i finally got it and honestly i couldn't be happier! You can accomplish whatever you want guys! it only takes consistency and a lot of practice, but you will do it!

    I've joined the calendar system around mid august and i've kept it going but i never could finished one extreme abs video without stopping. And i'm proud to say that now 23rd of november i finished all 3 without stopping in the middle of one. And omg i really cant believe it, i'm so proud of myself. Tysm cassey love ur videos

    OHMYGOSH This was amazing Cassey! My abs were so stinkin sore! But seriously, ...I saw the Earthquake coming but when you went into Hollow Rock I literally went "WHAT!!!!!?????" outloud haha This was extreme!

      +Fatima Wajid How I would describe it is......okay so you know when you eat something with hot sauce there's that lingering sting or heat on your tongue...it's kinda like that but in your muscles. There's this dull lingering soreness. We say it "feels good" when our muscles feel sore because we know that we worked them and that they are being strengthened instead of just "going through the motions" kinda like how your arms feel when you do a whole bunch of "back behinds" or "arm circles"
      Feeling good can also just mean that your body is like "IM SO HYPED UP AND EXCITED IM THE BEST AT EVERYTHING!" lol okay maybe not that much, but it's like when you eat a whole big bowl of veggies you feel like you did your body good rather than the horrible "food baby" feeling you have after Thanksgiving and all your thoughts are "I shouldn't have...." and regrets. So you should feel positive and confident after a workout :D I kinda hope those analogies helped and not made you even more confused haha! :)

    This frustrates me so much, because my neck hurts so much during this! I try to maintain form and all, but my neck always hurts before my abs do!!

      I would recommend starting with her beginners 2.0 calendar. I didn't think I needed to develop my core and I thought I could de everything without a strong core, but since I finished the calendar it helps me a TON with correct form and breathing. I have no neck pain at all after finishing it because my core is much stronger.

      i used to have that problem too, try doing slow neck stretches (rotations, looking up and down and hold it there etc) before and after the ab workouts! i would however recommend you trying out ab workouts that are less intense! i think it might be because your core is not strong enough at the moment to carry out these exercises, such that you're using your neck to hold you up instead (but it strains your neck and it's not good :( ) but if you really wanna work this video, i would suggest doing core stretches and neck stretches in between the moves, it helped me a lot when I first started out! hope this helps!

      I use to feel like that a lot!!! I had to learn how to do it, and it is simple. To do crunches you need always to "roll" your back, right? The same with the neck, you have to point your chin towards your chest and focus on the rolling part to do the whole crunch.

      Just take a little break and come back. When you do it again make sure you're thinking about abs. Focus on using your abs instead of you neck. When your abs get super tired, you end up using your neck instead which is wrong. Take a little break and come back. :) best of luck

    I decided to commit to this one for a few weeks consistently instead of switching between ab videos (or forgetting/slacking and not doing it). I love that as I get better at it, it actually gets harder, because I'm getting closer and closer to doing exactly what Cassey does. I love this woman, keep crushing life, Cassey!

    Wow these extreme abs series are super hard compared to all the other ab workouts. My abs screamed, and I thought 1 and 2 were hard. But I felt good afterwards, I think no one does better ab workouts than you Cassie!

    i LOVE this ab workout SO MUCH. the other ab workouts weren't cutting it anymore as i was building muscle, and this was 15 minutes of pure ab PAIN and i loved every second of it. gonna do this one until my abs give out

      Me too! Especially in the teasers. It just makes it so difficult when you have to focus on keeping your legs straight as well as not pulling on your neck and everything else.

    usually ab workouts aren't that hard for me but that was the hardest ab workout I did in my whole fucking life!! I was dyyying all the time but I got through it!! 😁

      haha not really i dont really eat super healthy but i dont eat alot eaither, i also do alot of thigh workouts too and that plus this is about 30 min everyday. i reeeeaallly recomend this its amazing for your core but also doing some other videos might help bc b4 this i did ab training but didnt have them till i started doing this video.

    Ive never felt worse after doing a video. idk why but this time around for abs my body wasn't on my side. i knew i was tensing my neck but i couldn't figure out how to lift with my abs and not my neck. every time i tried with my abs it felt wrong and i just let go. i cried. such a bad ab day.
    i will ofc continue to work on it but ive never felt so defeated.
    thank you Cassy for you videos! i always love them and will continue to do them.

    i am determined to go 1 year following the blogilates calendars cuz i know i can get into shape again. I only started blogilates in February 2015 to May 2015 but each month i felt i was getting better and stronger so i know if i go a year it would bring amazing results physically /mentally! omg but i realize how out of practice i am i was dying today. my poor abs T_T i had to rest a bajillion times. When she got to the hollow rock i just flopped and curled into a ball XD maybe next time or next month :) April 5th 2016

      i also stopped doing blogilates for a while in 2015 and i started again this year i have 10 more pounds to go, i wish you the best luck in your fitness journey 💪👍

      I’m a swimmer and need a strong core. Challenging myself seriously and doing xtreme abs 1,2,3 as well as quick burn triceps and quick burn legs in 1hr

    I've been working out at home for years. I've been doing yoga and Pilates for over ten years, yet I still can't help but use my neck muscles on some things! It's driving me nuts. No matter how hard I try to focus on my abs, my neck still hurts. I'm losing my mind.
    On another note, Cassy, I've moved and no one around has the five am classes I use to do at an old gym. I'm happy that I have you! A familiar face and a reliable workout plan!

    I used to be very loyal to your exercises especially the one for the abs and extreme abs were my fav. I gradually drifted to other workout routines and channels in TH-cam and now I pleasantly realise that extreme abs would remain the King of all ab workouts ever. Love you Cassey. Love your spirit 😘😘

    Still one of the all time most difficult/painful ab workouts. But if you keep up with her new ab workouts, this one does get a lot easier!

    I only got a few minutes in before I hit total muscle failure. I was physically unable to keep going, but I'm going to try and work up to it eventually! I applaud anyone able to complete this workout👏🏼
