I suffered from HEMORRHAGIC stroke in jan 2020 for which pterional craniotomy and microvascular clipping of aneurysm was done. I again suffered from ISCHEMIC stroke in 2022 for which mechanical thrombectomy was done. It’s been a long recovery journey currently on road to recovery stage 7 and still recovering bit by bit and day by day. May GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Road to recovery stage 4 probably
I had a cerebellar stroke and brain surgery to remove part of the cerebellum on December 24, 2023. I also have MS so there are definitely some barriers or obstacles there. The stroke affected my right side. I walk at home without any assistance or aide but use a rollator when I’m out. I have full function of the right arm but it trembles or tremors when I try to do something. I’m left handed so I tend to ignore that hand. My question is there any exercise that I can do to make the tremor go away or less?
This recovery has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do (and I had a difficult job as a 911 dispatcher) so my hats off to those that are ahead of me and behind me!

I do practice walking by myself without an assistive device when my husband or daughter is around. When they are working, and I’m by myself, confidence issues kicking in. I practice walking by carrying my walker but still afraid to fall.
