Hello Hebbars kitchen - I chose to download and use the written recipe as I find it easier to follow. I may have missed it but you don’t seem to add to the instructions when you add in the pickle masala during cooking. It should be at instruction 13? However I realised I still hadn’t used it and although I added it a bit late it still turned out v.delicious.

Thanks for this recipe. Made it just now, and it was delicious even without a few ingredients. Usually don't like/eat aubergines and this is a tasty way to eat them. However, the aubergines and potatoes soaked too much oil while frying which is not healthy.

I added a bit more salt but left out kasuri methi. I cooked for some friends and one of them is an ayurvedic doctor. He told me kasuri methi is good for detox when added to soups but doesn't match to the ingredients of this recipe. Anyway, thanks for sharing this tasty recipe!
