Brinjal - 500 gms
Potato - 3
Onion -2
Tomato -1 (large)
Ginger - 3 inch
Garlic cloves - 15 to 1
Black cardamom -1
Bay leaves -2
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp

Hello Kabita ji, i made this recipe today, and we enjoyed it really well, i added little crushed peanut into it, and white it cooked added 2tbsp yogurt and 1tspn sugar to balance, trust me it was fabulous, family is very happy. Thanks a lot😘🥰
