- Enshrouded is a survival action RPG with base building elements. In this video I showcase the first hour of Enshrouded gameplay, first quests, crafting system, combat tutorial, and world exploration. We get a glimpse of Enshrouded world building and lore, and take a brief look at the skill tree and villagers, before diving into the building system and building a house.

Just starting it and "by the end I'm gonna have 99 of those and not use any of them" got a laugh out of me. That's EXACTLY how I play games too.

I started replaying Final Fantasy IX over the holidays and I have so many healing items 😂
My main Baldurs Gate Characters inventory/camp has SO MANY BOOKS because I wanted to read everything. Plus any potion I came across since the start. Very thankful for the chest at camp allowing me not to be over encumbered all the time

I love that you actually take the time to read the tutorial quests and the lore pages, all the other people I've seen playing this so far have just clicked through all that (and thus wouldn't have learned about the adventures of Balthazar and Captain Arkwright)
The way I was saying : "The bushes! Pick the bushes for fiber to make string. Interact with your surroundings and try everything!" the first half an hour of your gameplay xD But I really liked watching you play this for the first and discovering all sort of neat things ^^ Personally I recommend using the shields. They saved my a** quite a times.
Please please please give us more of this game, when I found out about this video I was overjoyed to imagine what you can do with this build system

P.S. Thanks for taking a chance on uploading something new! I like seeing the content creators I like previewing new games as it gives me ideas for what I might want to play.

I'd even love to see full vods. Saw this game on Steam and it looked super interesting. Hadn't looked up any content on YT and getting to watch you try it out blind is the perfect vicarious experience.

I saw this video suggested in my feed and experienced the excitement of learning about a sequel to one's favorite book or TV series.
Just my opinion here, but I think you may discount your value as a "game introducer". Your ability to THOUGHTFULLY share your gaming experiences makes those games so much more accessible and interesting while somehow not spoiling them at the same time. I watch lots of other gamers and your talent for introducing a game is unparalleled (okay maybe Keralis comes close). Thanks for all the effort you put into your craft (the Mine variety and otherwise).

Fun video. I’ve fallen out of love with MC so I’m not really watching vids about it. Fwiph (sp) did a video about this game with some friends but they were all being goofy and it was hard to really get a sense of Enshrouded so I appreciate your video. I’d watch more of this if you make it a series

When you were reviewing the saved guy’s abilities, the need to build his work station came up…just 🤷♀️something to consider.
The game so far looks great! Definitely a bit rough around the edges at some points (that running animation...), but it's in early access so I don't think anyone was expecting it to be perfect right away. Will be looking forward to it!
You played this game very good , payed atention to details and didn't just speedrun everywhere , thank you for the video. You are the only one that thinked about how the game works , others that I saw , just complain about the game.

This video made me get up and get on my computer to buy the game immediately. It gives me vanilla World of Warcraft with the bandages and food buffs and obviously minecraft in the building aspect. It's almost done downloading because we just got 2 gig internet and I live out in the boonies.

The biggest take I got from this, is how cool it would be to have a bunch of minecraft TH-cam playing dnd together.
The building in this game looks VERY good. I am pretty excited about that. This will DEFINITELY be a game a play for months.
One thing I was impressed with was how well this game works on a standard Controller! Even building and whatnot, everything just works and feels pretty good to use. I don't feel like I'm less capable because I opted for a controller over mouse and keyboard

Well done. Most streamers for this game don’t explain anything in detail as you do. Did you make other streams of this game? I have not tried it yet, just noticed it recently and would like to understand more before I do.
the current thing being survival and building with monster collecting isn't so new when we have a couple of mods exploring that in minecraft, but survival and building with soulslike elements, now that's something else
Get a 2nd channel, and do more of these PLEASE!!!

the fact that your character moves so much while taking other actions, causing you to move indeterminately away from the thing you're targetting, is like a cardinal sin of game design that i'm surprised nobody's talking about.

I took the past weekend to check this game out as well, I think it does some interesting things! I'm also running a TTRPG campaign in a world beset by fell miasma, and this game has the exact vibes I'm going for in that campaign so it's good inspiration!

With any type of Elixir there's gonna be battles and wars around them. In a lot of mythologies Elixirs are associated with immortality and are very rare. If there's a finite amount in this game world it would explain why people are fighting over it

the elixir gave you 30% bonus to dmg.. sure u figured it out when u edited this video or whatnot, but just in case :)

I really liked that you can modify the builds by adding other building parts just like in the Minecraft. I would certainly watch, if you decided to upload more of the game. Food for thought, why not start to second channel for things besides Minecraft.

I don't like playing early access games so I'll wait until this is released but the building system looks very similar to that of V Rising (Fantastic game you should definitely play)
Maybe not as advanced as this but picking pre-made large structures and connecting them together is about the same as that game.
Hopefully you’ll be able to broaden your audience with other games
