Cebu City has 3 business districts most of the projects highrises will be in southroad properties which is facing the sea, the established ones are IT Park and Business Park.
Mandaue City has 3 business districts - Oakridge, Mandani Bay township and Gatewalk Central
Lapu-Lapu has Mactan Newtown and Mactan Seagrove districts

Everyone looks like a supermodel in IT park. I found the shoe stores to have U.S. sizes, I don't know that it is more modern than lapu lapu except for the environment with the shops and all. It can be good value for the money and food at $150 to $200 eating out on the very low side of that budget.

Thanks for the review. If you want proximity to nature it is probably better than BGC Manila.

From what I've seen, the rents seem unreasonable. Just because it's 1/2 of what you are used to paying doesn't make it a deal.

You’re paying for the lifestyle with modern comforts and conveniences and easy access to all of the amenities. It’s totally worth it. Living in the province is dirt cheap but that’s all you get out there… s lot of dirt/muddy roads. But it’s super cheap out there with nothing nearby if cheap living is all that’s important.

I was surprised by how little urban planning there seemed to be in Manila. Thailand and Malaysia (which I haven't visited yet) seem lightyears ahead in this department.

Sorry, Alex, I think you need to find a coach to teach you how not to bore the piss out of listeners in the first 60 seconds. Tried, but due to the infomercial nature of your video, I couldn't make to the end.
