The best place to live in the MB area, IMO is Foxfire in North Myrtle - a INTRACOASTAL community of manufactured homes BEAUTIFULLY KEPT WITH LUXURY CARS IN THE DRIVEWAYS (HINT: NOT a "trailer park"), where if you keep your eye out, you can actually BUY OUTRIGHT a beautiful home with high end finishes for LESS than $125K (you read that right) with property taxes UNDER $1,000 per year. Now THAT is called living SMART when it comes to HOME OWNERSHIP!! THIS is where the BOOMERS should be FLOCKING TO and there shouldn't be one "For Sale" sign up for long!!!

Wildwing condos have student renters. Issues with out of control parties, hit and runs in parking lot, abandoned pets, some break'ins, etc.
A few, but now its 90% 45 and older..Ask me how I know..Been here since 2018...
Only issues i have with south end of Myrtle are the slum motels, and areas around them..Of course the many criminal tourist..
Suggestion, when you mention these communities with amenities, please show a ariel footage, pictures are worth a 1000 words!
