Rick, I am writing to you to let you know my experience with my two e-Golf, each one for one of my kids. I purchased those cars used after check many videos from fully charged, and many others saying how good the cars was... I did not found anything wrong in any video or information, everything was positive. The cars are 2016 and 2017 models VW e-golf. I purchased the 2016 model about two years ago, and the 2017 the last feb-2021. Two weeks ago since my younger son drives from the university to home, the car suffers a "Dangerous Electrical Shutdown" in the middle of the traffic, two days later the model 2016 suffers the same issue in from of my eyes. A Christmas Trees Lights of errors appears at the screens, the battery fully charged or almost full and the car does not move in any directions. I bring both cars to the closer VW dealer service available. In one the "module" (Electrical Battery Management Module) was cover by the eight (8) years battery warranty, in the other service dealer I need to pay for the piece. No piece, waiting for a "German's technician" because the VW does not know what happen with their electrics cars, not technician to know what happen to the cars. They need to wait for a piece from Germany or Canada. Beside that the dealer manager try to calm me down saying that many electrics VW cars have the same issue and some wait months at the dealers for repairs, including the new ID4. The guy also didn't even sell you an ARGO.. That's a MAX II, and was made Recreative Industries, not ODG, maker of the ARGO ..The MAX is similar in that it also is a 6x6, but has a rear mounted engine...The Argo has its engine in the front. still a fun little unit though.
@@TheStuartstardust all of the wheels are linked by a series of chains, so yes all wheels on each side should spin ( but each side is independent, of course) Both sides are controlled by a common transmission, similar to a skid steer bobcat... it's possible that the one center wheel's sprocket is spinning on its shaft..

I actually think that’s a Max-Atv 6x6 from Buffalo NY. Looks extremely similar to an Argo, either way there both awesome machines. My grandfather had and 8x8 for his marsh and we all loved the thing.
That would be a nice little electric thing. (Batteries would hurt bouyancy and affect the center of gravity, but YOLO). Imagine Amber and Steven driving this thing silently in the lake at sunset.... 🤣🤣

Should all wheels not spin? Middel wheel on one side (left) is not rotating when lifted - maybe not only the reverse is broken.. 😬🤭🤔
