    I forgot to say the time to boil the udon. I ate it together with Sutan, so I boiled it for 15 minutes. I think about 13 minutes is good for adults to eat. Try it❤️

    Moe, you're a super-mom. Carrying Sutan on your back when you're already tired and sweating from trying to roll out the dough. And that's all the while you're teaching her to not give up when things are difficult and to keep trying even if you haven't done it before. What a great lesson in both parenting and cooking.

Then she knocks it out of the park with Sutan strapped to her back and hand cuts the noodles. I can barely do that with the pasta machine and no baby! Great videos, thanks Moe.

My favorite success memory is cutting up a chicken for frying..my father's father showed me at 8 years old. I had to go outside because I’m at work and I couldn’t keep my laughter in. I love how you find substitutes for all of the ingredients for those of us who don’t have them in our country. Okay but I’d been wondering this for a while if Moe was doing her cooking in a kimono and when she turned around and I saw the obi belt I was like, “holly shit this women’s a superhero...” and then I realized that it was a specific apron meant for kimono and now I’m actually speechless. Wow udon noodles look amazing. So happy it turned out well Moe. I think the 30 minutes is essential cause it probably helps the dough to rise and not be as sticky or just more flour was probably needed. The only way to know is experimenting. Which I am learning to do with my cooking. Sultan and yourself did an amazing job 🥰. Keep the videos coming Moe. You both are wonderful 🤗💐
    Keep shinning your positivity and showing love.

    Making your udon noodles can be cheap and trying new recipes. I've had packed udon noodles, but I think I will enjoy this more than that!

      いただきます(i ta da ki ma su)
      =いただく(i ta da ku)+ます(masu)
      いただく=「receive、be given」's respect expression word.
      〜ます=ます has more polite expression 「〜」.
