    Good afternoon, adorable. So nice to see you. You're always uploading a new video and I'm acquiring new found knowledge from you. I never knew anything about walking barefoot outside... unless I'm at the beach. But walking barefoot outside on a grassy area is something that I've seen but never tried. And if the benefits are improving blood flow and getting better sleep, it sounds like something that I'd like to try out. Because of you, I go barefoot all the time and my balance has improved. Thank you so much. P.S. I watched your new bar hanging video.

      I felt just like "you" when I first heard about it 4 days ago! 😊 I had never heard of this before, and at first was skeptical. But after I saw the 2 videos explaining it I knew it was real!
      (Electrons- earth's energy)
      So, I been going outside (every day) walking 15 minutes barefoot on grass only, walking, sitting & laying down in grass. 😂
      We live outside city limits, birds singing & other wildlife. It's mentally relaxing here. And I am liking
      this experience a lot. I just "feel" like I am being energized.... I want the benefits too. Especially
      helping with Sleep. I don't get enough sleep most of the time. Hard to turn my brain off at night. Hoping this will turn things around for me. I will do another video in upcoming weeks to keep you posted.
