Do you have any recommendations of cheap good games on the Genesis? I plan on making another video soon but let’s face it, I haven’t played all 800+ games in the Genesis library

Desert Strike & Jungle Strike, Road Rash 2, Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure, Greatest Heavyweights, NHL '94, RBI Baseball '93, Stimpy's Invention are some good, cheap picks.

Great picks! Desert Strike is so awesome. Still gotta finish Jungle Strike. NHL ‘94 is the GOAT

We played a lot of Tecmo Super Bowl 3 on the Genesis. It looks like that is under $22 complete.

Oh nice. I have the first one, I played that one a lot. I’ll have to check out the 3rd one

Pitfall is awesome, I do remember getting pretty far in it, not sure if I completed it though. I've never been fond of sports games personally, but if you're going to collect for a system you should at least have some sports games in that collection. I've got about 40 Genesis sports games myself for exact that reason - they're part of the system's library so I have to have 'em.

Yea I could never beat it. Always died at the last boss. I just gave up lol.
Yea I’m not huge on modern sports games at all. Too complex and microtransactions totally ruin it for me. But the older 16/32 bit games have so much charm and simplistic controls that it makes it fun for me. And yea, those older sports games make up a large chunk of the system’s library, can’t ignore them haha

Absolute solid video. I'm always a fan of a good 6pack and sega definitely delivered with theirs

Good video and suggestions. I really need to get back to Light Crusader. I don't think I realized it was quite that short and part of the reason I delayed playing was I thought it was a longer game and more involved. Five to ten hours is exactly my cup of tea these days. I've been going back and playing some sports games lately and a good bunch of the Genesis games hold up pretty well. John Madden football, a tad slow but still fun. NHL 94, an absolute blast. NBA Jam, always fun. I had forgotten about Fifa but those are also really fun and I tried Sensible Soccer for the first time. It took a little time to get used to passing and shooting with the same button but that game is super fast and really easy to get into and have fun.

      Thanks, man!
Yea you should def check it out. The isometric gameplay is not super ideal, but once you get used to it and take it for what it is, you’ll like it a lot. I was surprised by how good it was (for a 16-bit dungeon crawler).
I always play genesis sports games, there’s just something about it. NHL ‘94 is hands down my favorite genesis title. FIFA is great too. I’ll have to check out Sensible Soccer, I’m not familiar with it. Thanks for watching!

make any game twice as good by adding a large cartoonish bomb that cannot roll but can be pushed into place and have a fuse lit with a sword strike
