Is it just me or is all you can see Batman the moment he comes up? Like I don't see Ben Affleck, I don't see a reimagined version of him, I don't see another actor doing another incarnation, all I actually see is Batman. Like, it's perfect casting. I haven't seen the film but he looks exactly like how Batman should look, like he IS Batman. Well, from this trailer. Like, I forgot what this was and everything and I clicked on it and the first thing that came into my head, wasn't Ben Affleck but was Batman, almost instantaneously, as if I'd recognised a familiar face I'd seen all my life. That was pretty cool. Well done WB.

I have seen the movie, got an earlier screening show to evaluate the reaction of the audience. The film is just GREAT and even though I thought no other Batman movie would ever top the Chris Nolan-directed Batman trilogy, the Snyder version is pretty close, if not equal, in intensity. Affleck does a good job, however, it does not top Bale's performance (to me the best Batman). One very important thing I have to bring up is the acting chops and range that Laurence Fishburn bring to the table as Perry White, Just excellent, OSCAR-CALIBER PERFORMANCE!! There are a LOT of eastern-eggs hidden throughout the movie, so the eagle-eyed fans be aware. And for those wondering how Batman beats the crap out of Superman and makes him bleed, just keep your eyes open. In one of the movie trailers, Batman shoots a pellet to Superman who stops it w/ his hand, right at that very moment they cut the trailer short. Well, imagine what that pellet contains. After that complete scene, the tide changes and Batman gets the upper-hand. The fight sequence is just more real than the one between Bane versus Batman in the "DARK KNIGHT RISES". And last but not least, make sure to not drink too much liquid before the movie starts, this flick lasts 2 1/2 hours, bring an adult DIAPER, if you feel you have to go to the bathroom, just pee in your pants. Thanks for watching and enjoy the film.

Here's a theory: This is actually a nightmare that Bruce Wayne is having...
1. Superman has like a cult or followers or something (which is what bruce fears would happen, and why he must stop him).
2. In previous trailers we see Batman snapping one of Superman's follower's neck, killing him (which is very unlike Batman).
3. Superman removes the mask instead of just using his X-ray vision (because Batman doesn't know about Superman's X-ray vision).
4. Superman totally looks like a villain in this clip.

I couldnt agree more. It is unbelievable that Clark would automatically be perfect. The character grew stale in the comics, because no one ever questioned him. He always did what was right. It wasnt until Miller came along and challenged the hero as a Character, did he become more layerd. Thats why I really enjoyed MoS. Outside of Pa Kents character, it was a solid depiction.

I will never stop saying it - Superman should have attempted to save people from rubble & destruction only to have Zod stomp him into the ground. When he focused on Zod, he should have seen people die because of it. There should have been a building tension throughout the fight unquestionably showing:

It would have made the hopeless no-win situation for the climax killing Zod more of an impact.

Gotta actually commend the camera work and direction here. Although it's a simple scene, little touches like the gradually focusing shot are nice. I think Snyder has always been good at visuals - not so much on the storytelling front; here's hoping this'll change that.

Zack Snyder is debated as one of the best Visual Talent in Hollywood. Love that he will direct more movies in DCEU. I'm still amazed by the cinematography. Of all comicbook movies I watched and the trailers I've seen for the upcoming movies of 2016. This movie have the best cinematography compared to the rest. I hope Larry Fong is also cinematographer for the upcoming Justice League movies and more upcoming movies within DC Extended Universe.
