Thats great how your competition helped…not so much in business but love the friendship and help mariners of all levels have for each other on the water…
It sure is! While we were technically competitors, we didn't really have much competition in our area because they mostly dealt with their members and we had ours, and the non members generally went to whoever was called first since we didn't patrol. Our bosses didn't get along good at all, but us captains were all very friendly and helpful to each other
That's generally true...but I've had a few that have swam home and one you'll see in an upcoming video where the guy quite literally was able to walk off his boat after parking it somewhere it didn't quite belong 🤔😂

Thats great. As they say on the water, its not like a car breaking down where you park it and start walking home lol…

Boat owner did you guys a solid! Kudos to him. Good teamwork!
Which part? This was a long time ago so I only vaguely remember this job
I watch for always improving the piloting of my Shamrocks. You're an ace with that 26'er.
Nice job
Learning curve in full effect.
Thanks Peterbilt! Yep. Definitely a learning experience on this one
What a beautiful boat.
That is a beautiful yacht. I learned some things, too, from your experience, Ken.
Thanks Rick! Always something to learn doing this job!
Who are you working for now? Great video. Always enjoy watching your runs. Had a tug and barge on the Fort Nelson River.
Thanks Colin! I still work for TowBoat US, just under a different boss now
Love watchin you
Good to see sea tow involved. The 53 foot selen has always been considered a dog in the water.
What does that boat/yacht weigh? She looks heavy.
No idea, but yeah, she was a heavy one
if that is the 53' classic its 95,000lbs displacement... hefty yacht
So where are you working now?
I work for TowBoat US up in Sarasota now. I'll start releasing videos from that soon
What's the deal with the rat on your bow?
It's from a practical joke from before I started working there
What are those green and red things on them poles 🥴
Poles for the osprey to build nest on? 😂
Ken, What were u thinking my man!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🇦🇺🌈
Clearly using the logic part of my brain...boat goes in forward pull it back that way 🤷😂
There not all easy great job
Thanks Brian! Yes. Not all jobs are easy
