It's so meticulous inside. Really nice. The outside is still plywood. The weather and elements are relentless. It will beat it to pieces if you don't put something over the plywood. Mother Nature always wins.

I think I can call myself a long-time fan of the show. I'm gonna be very honest and save that this series is fu****g awesome! The transformation thus far has made me really excited, so I can only imagine how you must feel. Keep up the great work Mike, and thanks!
Great job. I'm a wood and tile restorer. Here is a tip when it comes to painting old lumber, it's a bit of extra work butbthe result will be good. You have to sand the surface lightly with 120 grit paper. Then use a wood sealer lke thompsons wood sealer..NOT water sealer just in case. Then use a wood primer over it and then your finish coat. This will stop any pigment from the lumber to bleed through. Shewin williams has a primer called Pro-Block that works well. But you still have to seal it before applying it. Good luck bud. Great content
You just keep making it better and better !! I am impressed and I was in construction my whole life. I was always a stickler for quality over speed. Your work is top notch ! Give yourself a pat on the back Michael !

Get an extension wand for the spray gun at Harbor Freight makes it a lot easier to paint don't have to use a ladder. when it comes to shop paint I would have use gloss or at least semi-gloss makes it a lot easier to clean the walls. You can also put 4 x 8 sheets of sheet metal or stainless behind equipment that's dirty with sparks and oil like a grinder, drill press, Mill or lathe to also keep the walls clean all you'll need is a little simple green an rag
Looks great. It would be dope if you used 4” rubber trim as baseboards for a even cleaner look(I used some in my garage makes a huge difference)Plus it’ll protect the bottom of the walls from scuffs and water damage.
You killed it yet again! You took that shed from dead to bright and white! The floors are dope! Come back to OKC and give me some tips on how to make over my garage 😂
Fkinell mate what a difference!!! Looks sooo fresh you must be over the moon with that result. Giving me Mary j Blige music video vibes 😂 Happy for you ❤️
You should put a frame on that little door for decoration and maybe spray on a stripe of green or blue around the room to add contrast, or to make it more modern, make 2 black stripes, one at your waste level and one up higher, make the stripes the width of your thumb to your pinky. Just a suggestion for decoration
Great video! Very new to this. I'm considering the plywood wall ideas for a tiny, unheated mudroom ( plywood painted white) and the epoxy floor for a future garage hopefully. My question is when adding the chips, which I liked, are they necessary for the function of the epoxy? And do epoxy chips come with the epoxy or is that sold separate? Thank you! Such a beautiful structure!
Going vertical with an 2-3ft lance is way more effective and consistent. In my case i even didn’t need a ladder for the ceiling. A room like this without preparation i guess around one hour per layer.
Enjoying the shed renovation - the one thing I will mention (cause I know you asked and care 😂) is that you will need to address the outside plywood - I know you mentioned you like the rustic look, but the way it is warped and has some gaps will become a water intrusion issue during a good rain. Last thing you want is for your insulation to get wet behind the walls. Cheers.
The best part is the contrast between the inside and the outside. I love that the outside still just looks like a shack

Wooooow! The first shot of before and after was extreme!
Super satisfying watching you paint sped up.
Are you worried about ventilation at all, like would putting some sort of air filter/vent on the roof be valuable?

Looks fantastic! I love the floor epoxy color and design. Almost looks like granite. The white paint just brightens everything up.
Dude this shop is gonna be so sick! Keep up the awesome content "Mark"!
I will say, I wasn't a huge fan of having gaps in the plywood until you painted them. That's such a cool look. I actually love it!
NIIIICE! Thanks brother
Nighttime walking into a plain white interior shack. Queue Dexter.

Looks very nice, we have all spilled paint before ,but when someone else does it ,it’s funny, good job .
Wow...just the white paint makes the workshop look huge on the inside. Great job! Im going to have to look into the floor coating for my garage!

I’m really hoping you add some baseboard. All I could think when you were hosing the floor was how that nice new insulation you put in was getting wet
Also that gap is just so obvious and awkward now that it's painted
fortunately for him joshua tree is pretty low humidity and the exterior plywood has plenty of gaps so it might dry out before it molds.
He didn't really get it under the plywood, plus there's a sill plate before the insulation so it'll be alright
The paint was so nice and even!

Another great step! That paint really looks nice, and the floor is perfect! Can't wait to see the next transformation.
Good job 👏, i can't wait to see transformation outside too
Yay Rachel. Love how this build is going. You need to block the tannins from leaching out. Most primers don’t actually do that.
really enjoying the videos and the energy you put out. keep it up man 🖤

Hi Mike, you so brilliant. Keep it up.
Some of those wall panels you can see day light through, after the paint job! Might want to seal the exterior.

It was aesthetically very good and brings a lot of light to the workshop, but since it is all white, the workshop will not get dirty very quickly?

Not sure if it was intentional but the bottom of your shirt lines up perfectly where the back wall and floor meet at 0:22
Your intro cuts are always so smooth and clean. Its like hard to believe there is actual time between shooting

It doesn't rain in SoCal, he also caulked it from the inside before putting up the insulation
