I have been doing the Yoga for Spine set for the past 20 days as part of my daily practice. Today I was called to add on another lesson. I was challenged by the posture and the breath of fire. I felt the heat and the tension in my abdomen muscles struggling to keep up. This gives me something to look forward as a progress marker. Thank you 💕

I like most of your videos but this one was hard to do without modifications due to my body shape and flexibility. I wish the modifications were mentioned in this one as I became frustrated and fast forwarded through the one on your elbows. It was painful for me to try.

Breath of fire is heating and tends to dry the body. That’s why you hear the precaution. I choose not to practice BOF during my cycle.
