I used to sight-read it but now i don't have time to play anymore (i work to pass the admission contest of one of the most prestigious school in france), i'm so sad... so i spend my nights listening to these pieces
@@chopinaddict6435 Good. I started playing piano last week for the first time, Moonlight Sonata 1st Movement, and now i can play already one minute of it. I have only practiced 6 times because I dont own a piano, the one I use is from my school and I have to ask for permission everytime i want to use it. Anyway, good luck to you.
Good luck to you too! Its not as simple as it looks! Had a hard time on finding a good atmosphere to play it, then I started to find it boring and I gave up. But the second movement is my absolutely favorite part. It's beautiful!
Leo That's just a chromatic scale. If it didn't end with an octave, it would require only three fingers. Since it ends in an octave, the pinky and ring fingers are used to give the thumb time to go back down to the first b while pinky plays the second b. This is not by any means a difficult technique, it only requires enough experience to be able to play chromatic scales (An intermediate skill at this speed) in the first place.
I have been a fan of your videos since I became fully interested in playing the piano and I loved them, especially the pieces by Chopin. Can you please do Dvorak's Humoresque Op.101 No.7? Thank You! :-)))
1:37 The way section B is introduced giving you hope and color when you expect something sad and minor is amazingly well composed.
It feels Like....idk...dreaming of heaven.....finally
This is one of my favorite Nocturnes by Chopin. The performance and the sound is awesome. Thank you for uploading it!
1:45 - 2:23 got me. I'm so in tears. It's sounds like you're forgiving. :'(

One of my favorite Nocturnes
This is my favorite nocturne! Most of Chopin's music has a "love" or loss of love feeling.. The major sections are gorgeous as well.
One of the most beautifull nocturnes of the genius Chopin

2:43-2:45 👍
For those who play piano, please tell me is it possible for human being to play the 2:58 part? Do you need 10 fingers per hand?

I think, on the right hand, you don't have to hold down that left side key. You just need to do a chromatic scale and that's all.
That's actually the easier parts😂
you are the best !
Fantastic, thank you.
2:49 - 3:01 so beautiful..
“Yes, well, this happens to be a nocturne.”
“A which?”
“You know, Frederic fucking Chopin”
This piece reminds me of my cat that died due to being sick in 2022 ♥️
Imagine you’re sitting in the oriental and a drunk guy plays this banger casually…
Everyone: This is so hard omg!!
My teacher: This is such an easy piece., op. 9 no. 2 is harder, it shouldn't even be in Level 10(RCM)💀💀
"Is that Old Dog Tray?"
Pardon? Yes we’ll, This is a nocturne. You know... Frederic fucking Chopin.
pianoreader, do you think you could show us, Scriabin étude op 42 no 5?
I just love it 💕💕

Iron Minecrafter Well. Thats quite common for minor pieces. It’s called a picardy third
1:32-1:37
I have been a fan of your videos since I became fully interested in playing the piano and I loved them, especially the pieces by Chopin. Can you please do Dvorak's Humoresque Op.101 No.7? Thank You! :-)))

Such a beautiful song... I really want to learn it.

The blue is the left and the orange represents the right
