Doing that damages the door and gives a lowered chance of the elavator working again in the video the outer door didn’t open but the lift was fine bc it closed and went to a different level “ try to push the door open button, as sometimes the elevator is at floor level and the door will open” if you do get stuck press the emergency button.
Always press the call button if ur stuck

Do not panic. Do not try to open the door with your hands, instead push the alarm button, if that doesnt work try calling firefighters or help on your phone.
My dad called mostly people on elavator, when he went and called theres no range

I keep Panik on 2004 glass elevator i try to get free but i press ground floor but im stuck in between floor i try to press basement door and it keeps ride then I AM FREEEEEEEE

this once happend i am not to strong but i am strong enough to open these doors. So i was coming back from school for lunch and i wanted to use the elevator all of a sudden it got stuck i didn't want to call emergancy before trying something i pressed all buttons nothing worked thankfully due to the design of the elevator in my house i was able to wedge myself between the doors they have notches so i wedged myself between them and started pushing them appart, took some effort but i was able to make it out.
I just sit in the corner and wait

bell button won't help you 9 times out of 10. it just makes a loud bell noise but doesn't actually do anything else. if the elevator has a phone box use it. it will automatically call the front desk of the building and they can call emergency services. remember to say what elevator # you are on (usually displayed under the floor indicator), and what floor you think you are on

Close doors, select another floor and leave. It’s a levelling fault. He is not even stuck.
The car didn't level correctly, so the outer door didn't connect to the inner door. So let the inner door close, go to a different level and hopefully the car levels correctly this time.
You could also reach up and unlatch the interlock at the top of the outer door that's holding it shut. But you would be in a precarious position if the elevator started moving again, So I wouldn't recommend it unless your situation was really dire.
Push comes to shove, there's usually a phone if you decide that today's not the day to die, and you don't mind waiting for the professionals to get you out safely.

Well,Elevators are still stucking People are still stuck in Lifts and my opinion I like to go through a stairs because stairs is easy to climb to another floor and lifts are stop stuck or damage so I scared of lifts or elevators..
First thing I would do is not try to pry da door open n I would da fire department on my phone

That is safety brake
Obviously you would get stuck in it, you pulled it open causing it to disable the lock on the door. When an elevator detects the door not locked it stops completely, and the other door is way too fat away for the inner door to clamp it and open it, so you won't be able to get out.
