Ancelotti is one of those managers who can only stay at a team for a few seasons max. Reason being he can't actually make players better, like a Klopp, or a Pep, but he's very good at getting a squad playing well together and everyone on side. He doesn't know how to rebuild a squad. Ancelotti should go at the end of the season.
