i love M Night and his movies are always hit or miss but even the miss ones have some type of beautiful element whether it be the cinematography or editing or writing. I never actually felt like i "wasted my time" watching his movies. even if i only saw it once. "Trap" is partially based on a real story (Operation Flagship, Washington DC, 1985)!
People say that the cinema ia dying. I see why. Its because youtubers have created this era of telling viewera that a movie "sucks" before the viewer can get the chance to go see it for themselves. And like the sheep they are, people will follow their favorite youtuber's instruction to "sit this one out.'
