He is stealing from you and cheating on you and doesn't have a job. Why are you with him? This doesn't end well.

2nd story. Husband is like a three year old. And NO she is not TAH. That money was already spent and earmarked. When is the
husband going to take responsibility for his ineptitude. I got between jobs in my career once and work was hard to find. I worked
at a golf course sunup to sundown at five bucks and hour just to have something coming in the house along with the money my
wife brought in the house. It didn't matter to me how over qualified I was for the job. I needed to be working to support my family.
This guy is a bum and the OP should give him his walking papers. The husband is nothing but a parasite. End of story is no surprise.
OP has a great best friend. And six months for what husband did. That is the real crime. Our legal system is crap.

No one will love you but your family. This is true if and only if you define family as “people who love me”.for example, your mom may be related to you, but she’s not family.

@@billcutting2681 There were two stories on this video. First ended in a happy update which the mother had long ago adopted her husbands son. The second story had a preganat wife that was abused. She didn't state whether she had the baby or not.

OP loved and raised Joe like a son for most of his life, and also legally adopted him.
If she and Kevin split up, she could have successfully sued for shared custody.

When you're a single parent, and seeking a relationship, you need to be open to whoever you get with acting like a parental figure, whether they're biologically the parent or not. If you put up a wall between your partner and your child, or if your child puts up a wall themselves and you don't fix that immediately, that's a recipe for disaster.
