To the two people that have had their comments removed for screaming nonsense at the parent post, the last three women I have dated have pulled that technique to use the police to get what they want. The first one that tried it had me detained at a police station confessed to me when the police had me call her on my cell phone. She confessed she did it to make me suffer and laughed at me on the phone. I was released and she was arrested and deported from the country as she was illegal in this country. The second one did it as I was sick of her lying to me when she would come stay with me for the weekends. I told her to leave less than an hour after coming to my home. She yelled and screamed and left while screaming at the neighbors too. Two hours later I had 10 police officers outside my home with guns drawn to pull me out of my own home. They had her confront me from inside a police car. After about thirty minutes of screaming at me for telling her everything she said was a lie, she finally admitted to the police that she lied to get me out of my own home so she could take the 32" TV (at the time was over $1,000) with her. Not surprising, she was taken to the police station and held over night before being released in the morning with *zero* charges. She called me a week later to say that she was sorry. I never spoke to her again. The last one is the mother of my son who ended the relationship the moment she knew she was pregnant. She was using me for child support money. A month after she gave birth and since I was required to pay all medical bills for the nine months and then $700 a month child support by demands of the state, I had been asking to see my son. She called me one day to tell me that I could come over to see my son for 10 minutes. I went over to the house she was renting and as I drove up she was standing in the front yard, so instead of pulling into the driveway, I pulled up to the curb. She came up to the passenger side window. I had to turn the key to the "On" position to roll down the passenger window. That turned on the dashcam. She talked to me for about 10 minutes then a police car came skidding to a stop just behind me and two officers jumped out with guns drawn as she ran into her house, they forced me out of my car and to the ground and cuffed me. I sat in a police car for the best part of an hour before I could tell my story. She had told the police that I graped her and threated to kill my son. The police saw no evidence of that and said that I needed to leave the area now and if I didn't I would be spending the next several months in jail. 11 days later, I got a visit by the sheriffs department handing me a restraining order in place for 6 months, and yea, I still had to pay child support. A court date was set for a few days after the restraining order ended. The only thing that saved me from prison was the dashcam that turned on when I turned the key on to roll down the passenger window. Had I pulled into the driveway, I would be sitting in jail today. So, Yea, believe all women is a sham.

Definitely over. But at this point he's screwed in divorce court. There is no evidence and there will be no evidence of her cheating, so it will be considered an amicable split as opposed to a cheating spouse. They will chop up his assets and make him pay alimony while she parties throughout the rest of her middle age.
Best thing to do is do what a woman would do. Stay. Stay and let things calm down, say your sorry and you were wrong about not trusting her. Then plot to get an app installed on her phone and have all social media apps logging and reporting - you collect the evidence. Make sure it's legal first, or try a different idea. Now you get your divorce with the proper context. Too hard for most men to pull off, but women know how to do this.

You don't think she would've came out right after this with pictures and evidence of "beatings"?! Even then if your pea brain can logic your way out of a lack of evidence, you can read her body language, she's trying to escape the situation because she's caught. She knows she's in the wrong so she's weaponizing her emotions against him in a fit to try and get some buzz words going to get him to drop it and move on. Instead of looking for 9 million ways to make a guilty person innocent, why not just SHOW HIM THE PHONE? And avoid this entire uncomfortable situation? We would play jokes on each other a lot, flirt like crazy, but the main part is that our relationship has trust and loyalty. You can't have one or the other, it needs to be both in order for a relationship to work: whether long distance or not. And nowadays, i feel like people can't keep a relationship which is sad. It's really not that hard, you just need to work for it(both sides need to work for it). If you can't do it, love ain't for you. Sorry to say it, but its true, just being honest :)

I didn't say anything when she got back until a few weeks later after gathering more evidence from her phone. Once I confronted her she denied all of it and pulled the same victim card like this woman and started saying she was afraid of me and calling her friends saying I was threatening her. Once she said that I had nothing left to say to her and of course she also tried to use the victim card as a reason to try and rip me off when it came to our joint ownership of the house. Luckily the judge put her in her place and said that it was hard for him to believe that I was so abusive when there was 0 proof of it for the almost full decade we were together. My wife went through a "seven year itch" period & it nearly destroyed our marriage thrice. The first time was because I saw some evidence online but it was purely online BS, mostly in role-play with fictional characters, though there appeared to be one rendezvous that was in the early stages of being planned for the following year. Although things settled down just as quickly as things started it felt like something was still being hidden from me & it remained like a "splinter in (my) mind," as Morpheus so eloquently put it, for years after.
Eventually we had our son but after he was born it was as though my wife was afflicted with a vengeful curse. Although she had her tubes tied after his birth mere months later a second feminine exam revealed precancerous cells forcing her to undergo a partial hysterectomy. This removed her most sensitive parts down yonder & as such it destroyed the physical gratification she once received from the full monte of the act.
A short time later a preexisting condition known as intersticial cystitis began to act up & she began to notice increased pain in her muscles & joints. Her job performance in her beloved career as a CNA, indirectly through which her prior "itch was scratched," began to suffer. During another appointment she was diagnosed with both osteoarthritis AND fibromyalgia. These are chronic conditions without a career & she was summarily released from her long time position.
Not long after this she grew depressed when I went on to work because as where I was an excellent father, home maker & cook - she couldn't do any of it nearly as well as I could. What's more is that our daughter wouldn't listen to her & only I could get our son to sleep soundly. Meanwhile our finances became tighter because even working twice the hours she was I couldn't bring home as much as she was. She was placed on a medication called Cymbalta, a new medication at the time & a couple weeks later began to suffer what appeared to be seizures (pseudo-seizures) which restricted her from driving for the better part of a year while we tried to determine the cause of this bizarre new condition. (This isolated her from physically meeting & interacting with the toxic female friends that played a role in her prior indiscretions through badmouthing & goading her towards what she did; As the slimy folk they were naturally they moved on & lost interest in her over that span of time.)
Incidentally, a strange aside, she eventually wound up in the psych ward of the regional hospital because pseudo-seizures are a psychological condition as opposed to a physical condition. They were ready to send her off to a mental hospital three hours away for inpatient treatment within just a few days but only through my diligent efforts did I reveal that her first "attack" correlated to when the substance was supposed to begin to come into effect & then located an unabridged list of potential side effects for the medication at a nearby pharmacy. (The pharmacist list vs. the patient list sent home with a medication is far more detailed with rare potential side effects.)
Although relieved of her burden of pseudo-seizures her depression only continued to spiral downward. She became more & more withdrawn from things she enjoyed. Then she began to withdraw from me, sleeping on the sofa & just generally doing her own thing without any drive to do things with me. I tried to remedy it by inviting her to do things, go out & treat her but afterwards it would only seem to make it worse. Finally she began to withdraw even from our children. We separated but continued living together. I started talking to a slightly younger woman online & my wife actually encouraged me to meet her. (No, she wasn't screwing around, she had no interest in the computer & rarely left the home - it was her depression/guilt that was pushing her encouragement.)
Eventually I was left with a choice. I either needed to move on, with the kids, either alone or with this younger woman or even stay & try again to make things work with my wife. On the surface it might seem like a no-brainer choice but I saw some red flags with the younger woman. She showed very little interest in my children, limited her contact with them & sent a lot of mixed signals. Furthermore her contact with some guys online seemed kinda inappropriate; Especially with her ex. Meanwhile my wife was bending over backwards to try to make this relationship with myself & this other woman work even though I could see that it was tearing her up inside.
I chose to cut things off with this younger woman when I caught her in a pretty big lie & try to work through things with my wife. In the immediate aftermath of telling my wife that I didn't want someone new but that I just wanted to fix the relationship we'd already had for more than ten years. I commended her & thanked her profusely for trying so darned hard to find a way to make me happy even if it meant putting herself aside. You just don't find a heart like that often...
It was then when she confessed the reasons behind it all. She wasn't being especially benevolent but rather was trying to make up for her own guilty conscience. She'd violated our oath & had cheated several times with a man she worked with several years prior. However when he asked to do it without protection so she could have his child she realized that wasn't at all what she wanted. The relationship ended right there & then. She admitted to having kissed a different guy at a party. She confessed to having gotten a speeding ticket, paid it & hid it from me. She came clean on everything from the petty to the jaw dropping.
We didn't resume our relationship immediately. I needed to digest the information I'd been given. However, for the first time in many years, I finally felt that sliver or splinter disappear altogether. Of course I was upset & angry. It wasn't just the broken oath but also manipulating me towards getting involved with this other woman to placate her own sense of guilt as well as allowing me to feel paranoid & crazy for the prior several years by keeping everything a secret despite knowing that I was suffering because I FELT something was off. We remained separated for just short of 3 years after this revelation, added to the 2 years prior, while we rebuilt our relationship from scratch, as friends & started a second relationship. We never left the same residence but it wasn't a friends with benefits sort of thing either.
I don't know what you guys, that ended your relationships around that same time in your lives with a significant other, think. I'm not even sure what I think or how I feel about it. I couldn't be happier with my marriage now. We're closer now at the 27 year mark than we ever were earlier, if you count the 5 years of live-in separation & most of the time I feel like we're one individual in two bodies now. There are no more secrets between us. Not even unmentioned spending & don't ever tell one of us what the other is getting for Xmas because we will tell the other. I'm retired now & only do routine things like grocery shopping or paying the bills alone; Even then a lot of the time we do that together. We both have an online life but even in that we're together. We swore off cellphones back in 2014 & haven't looked back; Though that didn't play a role in the prior situation.
That said I genuinely suffered through those years. The insecurity & uncertainty during the time frame when she seemed to be off doing her own thing among single female friends. Then there was the time when I knew something had happened, something was wrong, but no matter how much my mind looped on the matter I couldn't figure it out & she certainly wasn't talking. Then there was the depressive period she went through that left me feel far more alone than if I had actually been alone. Never mind how torn I felt while being encouraged to move on while still feeling that I didn't want to lose the family I had.
Did I make the right choice, as in, the ends justify the means? Or did I make the wrong choice, as in, a broken oath should be deemed a dealbreaker under all circumstances? Is it that simple?
For the record in our case message history was with ICQ, MSN Messenger & email during our time. I never had a problem sharing my history & though I never saw anything she was saying/doing that struck me as a betrayal my "spidey senses" would go off leading me to request the opportunity to look into it. It would be then that I would find questionable content; Yet I could scan as far back through the history as I liked, long before either of us knew you could even erase history, & see nothing similar. She would get defensive/angry, then agitated/nervous & finally weepy/apologetic.

There are plenty of possible scenarios, where there could be a good reason for you not wanting your partner seeing your texts. We all have things that we don't want to share. But if I thought that my wife, was suspecting me of having an affair, all of those things would become very unimportant, and I would immediately prove to her that I wasn't. Having secrets is one thing, being unfaithful is a totally different level of secret. I have been with my wife for 30 years. We trust each other complicity, but I know that she doesn't tell me everything, and that is how it should be,as long as it is in no way going to harm or jeopardise our relationship,it is fine to have a few secrets. They are a similar thing to what we call "little white lies" only a Saint doesn't tell the odd one,and they seem to be very thin on the ground.

Reminds me of back in the day, circa 2002 when I found IM logs of conversations my wife had with some college kid in Morgantown, WV. Explicit ones. Very explicit.I found them after she went to bed one night, just stumbled upon them - she didn't know it had been set to archive conversations. As I read them, my heart began crumbling into a million flaming pieces. Wound up printing a stack of them just in case she later tried to delete the logs. Was going to wait until the next day but I couldn't help myself. She woke up and I asked her who such & such was. She was in full-on denial mode, began saying I was crazy, paranoid, insane, etc. Then I slid the stack of cons in front of her.
A cheater will lie, manipulate, gaslight, connive, mislead, redirect, you name it all until they're 100% caught, and even then they'll just project. It's one of the most devastating things a human can do to another. And while we can & do move on, we never truly get over it or heal 100%. Ever.

And That's why *you need* to hang out with female friends.
Not the romantic type of hanging out or cheating.
But of you are on a fishing trip with your best buddies, your best bro should bring his sister with him.
The sister can of course bring her husband with her (but your girlfriend doesn't know that the other Woman is safely in a relationship.)
She always need to worry about you jumping ship and leaving her on a regular basis.
And always pretend to be a little bit mysterious. Greet every female cashier at Wal Mart very nice, when she can hear it, etc, etc.
She needs to have a minimum level of jealousy in regular intervals.
Otherwise she won't care about you at all, since she will take you for granted and will conclude that you would always stay loyal no matter if she cheats.
That little fear will keep her desire to cheat under control.
Unless she is already planing to cheat anyway, then she will use that as an excuse to justify her cheating because she will claim: "you also cheated"
But since you did not do anything wrong, you just ripped the mask from the face of a wolf hiding in sheep's clothing.
Be happy, that she took the fact that you just talked with the sister of your best friend (and her husband, who was by pure coincidence just not on that one photo you send your wife about the fishing trip)
As proof that you cheated, as justification to cheat.
She would have cheated anyway. You just accelerated the break up that's all.
And if she really loves you, she will do everything in her power to prevent you from having any contact with another woman.
Even of she has to do the house work or has to sleep with you 3x every day of the week to keep you from leaving home.
Woman that love their Man, tend to mark their territory and they don't go astray to somebody else. She will just spy on you and that other girl from behind the bushes and follow your car if necessary, to see if the other woman is potential competition.
An adulteress Woman will just take that as an excuse to finally have a reason to cheat on you. But she would have cheated anyway, so who cares ??
Trust me woman really do spy on there husbands. You won't notice her unless she accidentally makes herself known or want you to see her.
She will be like a mountain lion hiding in the bushes to spy on you.
And she will deny that she spied ok you until she dies.
Even the nodes woman will do that, they just won't tell you. If necessary they will ask other person to spy on their behalf.
Woman are quite protective for their property if they love that property. But if they absolutely don't care. Then she doesn't care for you play all.
The difference between normal jealousy and being crazy jealousy is easy:
Normal jealousy : she will try to prevent you from leaving home and will spy on you, but you will never notice that she is spying on you.
She will just show you when you return how pissed she is at you. (Always ignore that)
Crazy jealousy: she will lock you at home and you will notice that the KGB is following you 24/7.
Always keep her *a bit* jealous. She needs to know, that YOU can attract someone better than her, if you want to.
And that you could always leave her, if she f*ckes up.
      Even in marriage.
If she isn't jealous she doesn't care about loosing you. It's not like: "we are married so now I have secured him and can f*CK every other guy in the town"
      Marriage is actually:
"we are married, he will stay with me for the rest of my life, and he will be 100% loyal to me if I'm 100% loyal to him.
If I f*ck up or sleep around he will immediately leave me and he has not problem attractting a better and younger replacement, so I better behave because I don't want to loose him"
The moment she gets the feeling she can do whatever she wants and you won't leave her, is the moment she starts really planing on cheating.
If you give her the feeling that you would never leave her, no meter what she does and you are her slave, why shouldn't she cheat ??

So combine a sex and money addicted society with a corrupt biased court system heavily favored towards women, and they wonder why men are staying single.

Being handsome and rich will earn you a woman who is "high-value" in the dating market from a worldly perspective. But in order to get yourself a VIRTUOUS woman who will be faithful in marriage despite inevitable temptations, you need to train yourself in virtue. This is simultaneously harder and easier than becoming handsome and rich, and much more rewarding in the long run.
And also sometimes even if you do everything right your spouse might cheat on you, because human beings are fallen and because bad things often happen to good people. Hopefully in those situations there can be a road to forgiveness and reconciliation.

People started attacking him and isolating him including his "friends". He had to release screenshots of their conversation which shows her threatening him when he said he wants to break up because she's not loyal. I don't really know the guy and the girl but i find the whole situation to be extremely weird because it really shows how easy people will throw you away once they hear bad rumors.

This happened with my ex wife. But she was on deployment (both of us navy) and I literally saw and took pictures of the proof on her Snapchat. All of a sudden when I called her out on it she wanted me to mail the iPad to her moms because she was “uncomfortable” with me having it. Mhm sure wonder why. But I did to avoid extra drama and I had everything I needed anyways. Told her we were done and when she got back to grab HER stuff and leave. Fast forward to when she comes back from deployment. She goes ape shit, talks like this lady on here, assaults me destroys my property, I call the cops on her 3 times and they take 2 hours to even show up and she left. Guess who ends up in handcuffs? Guess who loses everything after she cleared out the apartment with friends and family and wrecked the place? Then had the nerve to move in with the man she was screwing while still married. Men…I’m telling y’all right now. Don’t make my mistake and do exactly what this guy did. RECORD EVERYTHING. The only thing that saved me was the bruises that came up shortly after, emails, text messages, body cam footage and character statements. That and the fact she victimized herself and obviously lied got the charges dropped. Which yes thank god, but the damage was also already done. The pain, the embarrassment the financial aspect, the fact she got away with everything and I got punished for nothing. These women are disgusting, and idk if the system that’s on their side is more disgusting than the women or not.

Regardless - her not being willing to show me in the moment and then it being suddenly clear would have been all I needed regardless.
