Can I Train for Vsit and Planche at the same time?
I'm training front lever too but I think VSit & Planche collide much with each other with the muscles used..

@@swetagurung4092 hey brother! Sure you can :) I am currently on a quest for planche and Manna simultaneously. You are right, they are very opposite movements, but with smart programming it can be done :) my best advice is to prioritize one over the other (a 70/30% split) and then adjust as you get stronger or as you unlock any of them :) if you follow me on IG you’ll see that’s exactly where I am right now with my training. Planche is my main focus with front lever, and manna is secondary. Hope this helps! Be aware of not doing too much tho hehe ;)

Thank you so much for these STRETCH exercise instructions! I am a senior citizen involved in weight/cardio training twice a week. But on the days I'm not in class, I do not want to get stiff. Your stretching will not only keep me flexible, but they feel good, too.

    Morning
    #1: Deep squat hip stretch
#2: Standing chest opener, clasp hands behind back; bonus, fold forward
#3: From lunge, alternate between hip stretch (thrust hips forward & lean back) and hamstring (straighten front leg, fold forward)
    Night
#4: supported bridge (weight on feet and shoulders, pelvis raised and supported)
#5: plow (on shoulders, pelvis raised, feet behind head)
#6: butterfly hip opener (lying back, knees falling to sides. Support thighs with blocks to make passive)
#7: Seated back twist (fold knee to chest, look toward folded knee). To make it more passive, lie down crossing bent knee to opposite side, supporting knee with blocks

Awesome another creator who doesn't spend 10+ minutes explaining what he's doing.
Noted it's basically a walk-through (follow along type video).
I enjoyed the facts that he did the stretches, why he was doing them, extra information to what other areas the specific stretches help out in. Also adding he does two stretch routines (morning and night).
    Am subscribed,
I don't like squats but the explanation as to why it's important has Persuaded me into doing the stretch version.

  • @shaggybg

Plow is also my favorite one. But I do it in the morning if possible, so that my spine wakes up. If I do it in the evening, my toes touch the ground easier.
I love twists as well. In my top daily list, too. :)
Squat and reach is great. Arms stretched backwards is great throughout the day.
Lunge and reach back is amazing. I've forgotten about it. I must incorporate it again in my daily routine.
Bridge and butterfly are good ones.

Very good set of stretches and postures, with nice explanation. As a yoga trainer, I would just like to add one thing. After doing Halasana @ 10:00 it's recommended to do Paschimottanasana (forward bending, bringing forehead towards knees/legs putting palms on the feet), at least for half the time duration of Halasana.
